I have multiple cars, my home insurance and life insurance here. The wonderful ladies at Eric Ponce State Farm always provide excellent customer service, return my calls quickly, and are very knowledgeable. Freda and Spenser always have a fast answer with any questions I may have. I've been a long time customer of State Farm in several states, and Eric Ponces team has been the best by far.

Unlike the majority of the reviewers, I had a totally different experience with Mr. Ponce's office. I tried to get a new quote for a policy that had been in force for a very long time. No one ever followed up, calls were never returned, and finally gave up. I cancelled that policy and have been very happy with my current insurer.

Worst experience ever. I gave up my new truck because of these people.coasted me thousands.they took my down payment and then canceled me the next month and said if i wanted insurance with them i would have to pay another down payment and almost 300 a month.at that point i did not have the money so i turned in my truck and walked away. Thanks alot Freda. BBB is gonna get this report
