Uses “ASAP” as a way to define when things are due instead of giving and actual deadline date (this has happened multiple times). Not very professional, such loose terminology causes more confusion and panic than actually necessary.

*Since my original review, I was indirectly asked to remove my comment. My college roommate wrote a review on her observation of my experience at the end of my policy with this company and has since removed that review. While I understand asking someone who was not a customer to remove such comments, I’m concerned about the fact that I was also asked to remove my comment as well. Asking someone to silence their feedback feels invalidating and frustrating and I am largely disappointed.

Always has been a delight speaking with the representives here, and they have always been respectful, and friendly. Like family. Thank you for being around!

Eric Ponce has been my State Farm agent for years. His office staff is very professional. They take the time to review the policies so that you know exactly what is cover. In addition, they always seem to have the customer's interest at heart. On multiple occasions, they have offered me advice on how to navigate claims both with them as well as with other insurance agencies after an accident. They are extremely helpful.

Eric Ponce knows how to hire amazing people to work for him. I've been with State Farm for as long as I've been driving (43 years) and have never been disappointed. While insurance is one of those thing we all have to do, Ponce's staff - especially Debby - make going to the office feel like you're visiting an old friend.

Debby Hamilton was exceptionally helpful recently when I called to ask about ways to lower my auto insurance premium. She was able to give contact names, locations, and phone numbers for Mature Driver courses so that I could renew my discount. She also persuaded me to try the Drive Safe and Save program. She was friendly and informative - an excellent representative!

All staff are extremely nice and helpful. Definitely go out of the way to get things done quickly and efficiently.
