26 Edward is not professional. He showed up when we did and say the van wouldn't be ready. When we scheduled for an early pickup. We said we spoke to someone about an eleven pickup and that we get to pick the van. He said he is the guy and that the van he was taking to get washed was the van. It is unfortunate we are about to start a cross country journey with this experience.
After he finally came back 40 minutes later. After we drove two hours to get here.he won't stop humming and singing.
Fabulous service. Fabulous van. Fabulous team at Escape Campsrvans. Highly recommend this to anyone, especially those who love the outdoors with a "glamp" touch. Will definitely rent from Escape again!
The lack of a toilet and no AC when the van engine is off are really bad things.specially the no AC
Great experience, this has been our second time with Escape Campervans for last 3 years. We will repeat again. The point of improvement is to provide instructions for tyre replacement since tools are not easy to find and the way of releasing the sparetyre is hard to figure out.
Very friendly and lovely guy. And this vans are awesome. I will definitely rent one again. Anything you need is in this car.
