Eyeglass World, Naples FL

Very poor very unprofessional, booked appointment arrived on time sat 30 minutes. At which time I was told the doctor could not see me and I needed to reschedule for monday. Very dissatisfied as I live in Puerto Rico and I teturn Monday morning. Unhappy

Went to have an eye exam for glasses. At the door was told I could be seen. But then after waiting for 10 minutes. They all of a suddenly decidedly I could not be seen. Was it because I was the darkest person there.

Staff here was very friendly and very helpful. Everyone made me feel welcome, the new manager Danielle was amazing and helped me pick out my glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a new exam or just buying new glasses. The are very attentive/helpful to the customers.

The attention of all the workers in this place is incredible, especially the specialist Juan, a super nice boy and unsurpassed in his work.

Highly recommend for best customer service, prices and amazing staff! I had an emergency situation and needed new glasses same day. They had a 2 for 1 special on frames and a lab on site so I was able to pickup same day! From the moment I first called to when I picked up new frames, everyone was absolutely delightful, friendly, knowledgeable and very accomodating.

Christine was amazing & friendly.
She fixed my sunglasses so that they fit properly.
This store has an amazing variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses as well as very affordable options.
I definitely recommend it highly!

Absolutely the worst place to get your frames. After spending $200 on the lenses, waiting and wearing then for a week, I noticed that the lenses did not fit the frames properly. They kept coming off. Took it back and the manger insisted that the lenses we perfectly fine. I called corporate and was simply ignored. I had to file aduspute with my credit card company. To top it off I found the exact same frames online for$10. Stay away

This place is absolutely horrible! Please do not send your friends or family or anyone you care about here. I was a VERY loyal customer here for years as well as my family and friends. But that has definitely changed for good. I was treated so poorly here. NO customer service was provided to me what so ever. I am actually disgusted with this place. They made a huge mistake with my order and REFUSED to fix THEIR mistake! The so called manager didn't even care that they made a mistake. This place is horrendous. Giving it one star because it wont let me choose anything less. Very, very, very disappointed in Eye Glass World.

Bryan offers superior customer service.wasn't happy w most recent purchase.waited too long.now today, I had to go back to get glasses. 100 k fine if they gave me my glasses with optometrist out to lunch.went back to get sunglasses.they are Def not sunnies.dealt w Bryan in the past yr on several occasions, in which my 4 pr of glasses were ok. I'm going back when Bryan is not off.

Very unfriendly staff. I would skip this location. There are far more friendly and professional companies in the area.

The people were very nice, but the cost of eyeglasses are to high especially considering the low quality of most frames.
Drove to next parking lot over and saved over $300 for much better quality frames.
Total cost for 2 pairs of eyeglasses at Eyeglassworld came to $740.
Ended up across parking lot where I got 2 pairs of much higher quality frames for $425.

Great store! My wife had and eye exam and the receptionist that wears the black glasses was very nice. She helped my wife picked out some really nice frames. I will definitely be back to this store for my eye exam whenever I come back to town. Everyone was great!

Was in there on Thursday for the first time had a great eye exam the doctor assistant and the doctor were great, I would highly recommend this place

Lost a screw from my glasses, found adress for Eye Glass World in the internet. Within 5 minutes a new screw was placed and my glasses were repaired. At no cost! Great, an absolute perfect service. Theodor Naples guest from Switzerland

The staff was extremely helpful and provided valuable input for my eyeglass needs. I believe Brian is the name of the person who specifically assisted me. Very professional yet friendly. All around great experience.

I never got the correct contacts. Theres no communication between the receptionist and the doctor. I was being scheduled to go in when the doctor didn't even need me to go in. Waste of my time and money.

I would give a zero if I could. Horrible service, no one acknowledges you when you come in. Made in eye appointment and waited for and hour, and was skiped for some one who came in with out in appointment because complained about her contacts and was in a hurry. I told the Rep. That i had been waited for an hour and was told by her "yeah, but she is in a hurry it should be quick". Very upset SO I walked out. Would not recommended EVER! COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Waited inside for ten minutes, wasn't greeted once and was ignored when they were available. I'd avoid this place and instead go to any one of the other million eyeglass stores.

I had my eye exam there. I was taken care of by four different staff members including the doctor by the time i was finished getting my glasses from them, and everyone was nice, efficient and professional. They weren't hard selling anything but being very informative of all my options. My second time visiting, and I'll definitely keep going back.
