25I've been getting great service at this Eyeglass World. I've been working with Bryan. He is very knowledgable & a nice guy, too.
We walked in with no appointment to fix a pair of glasses and they had it done within a minute or two. Friendly and welcoming staff
Worst place ever. I went in had an eye exam for contacts. Three plus weeks later I’m still waiting on trial contacts. Very disappointed I willl never recommend anyone. I called all they said was someone will call you back right away 6 hours later no call. I called back I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes no one ever picked up the line. Service sucks.
Got 2 pairs of glasses and couldn’t see through them. One eyes is blurry, headache after wearing them for over an hour is terrible and stays for hours after I take them off, lenses were tinted badly.
The doctor who was doing my eye exam wasn’t listening at all and was really pushy trying to convince me that her prescription is right even though I could see through my old glasses better than through the new ones. I was wearing glasses since I was 4 and I’ve never had such a unpleasant experience with a doctor.
Had to get a refund.
2 stars only because the service was good (except the doctor).
Overall it’s a very upsetting and time wasting experience.
The doctor was very thorough in checking my eyes, very nice as well. Optometrist was very helpful with the selection of frames and didn't pressure me into added expense.
