Tiffany greeted me with a smile in her voice and started my eye appointment off with positive energy. Carson was my optometrist who performed my eye exam. Tiffany and Carson provided terrific customer service. Carson did a great job explaining how my prescription changed and gave me a pair of contacts to hold me over until my new prescription arrives. I highly recommend this site for all of your eye exams or to pick out new glasses

I went in today for an eye exam. Everyone was so friendly. It was a pleasure to be there. My exam went smoothly and ordering lenses took about 5 minutes. They have a few safety measures in place, but it was not an inconvenience at all. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my glasses repaired as well as for an eye exam. Trey and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They were so helpful in helping me navigate around my insurance. I just can't thank them enough. They are worth their weight in GOLD!

Drove an hour one way to find out “their reservation system glitched” and now have to reschedule and come back another day

None of the employees are on the same page. A lot of miscommunication going on within the different departments.

Our appointments have been post pandemic and this team really has their safety plan together! I really appreciate that. Also, the doctor on site is really professional and kind. The Eyeglass World team is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Absolutly horrible, walked in for eye exam, 1 customer there, 8 or 9 employees sitting there, one optimoligist had his feet up on a desk, said 2 weeks for an appoitment,

Already had prescription, my mom is 82 years old and the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient, which are qualities hard to find these days.

I can not begin to express my appreciation for the wonderful help i received today. Long story short a friend of mine had to have surgery and they will be in a rehab facility for at least 3 months. The glasses he went into surgery werw horrible. They were held together with glue and tape. Without his glasses he is literally blind. These glasses are were nearly impossible for him to see out of. We called up eye glass world and spoke with Trey. Not knowing if we would be able to get another pair without an exam we explained the situation to Trey and how my friend wouldn't be able to come in for an exam for at least 3 months. Not only was Trey able to order him a new pair of glasses, he is going to delivery the glasses to the rehab facility and adjust them if need be. Thank you so much Trey! You have made a nearly blind man very very happy.

Trey and his staff really go out of their way to make you happy. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

They have great selection on eyeglasses after over 5yrs coming to this place customer service is getting worst every year and the glasses take more than 10 day to get them. This year was the worst try to schedule an appointment left me on hold for over 15 minutes and the person on the other line was very rude. We are a family of 5 and they just lost us as customers.

EYE GLAASES AND SUNGLASSES COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS ONLY for 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT WITH A NOT THERE PROBLEM ADDITUDE! THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME OR MY FAMILY/ FRIENDS

Scott was truly amazing in switching out my daughters frame today. She had broke it a few days ago right before her huge orchestra performance. Scott had the replacements already ready before I have arrived into store. He went over and beyond. My daughter and I are truly grateful for the customer experience.

This was by far the best experience ive had getting glasses cameron the associate who i worked with was extremly patient very knowledgeable and was able to assist with getting the most out of my vision coverage as well as helping get a temporary pair of contacts. So i could see while i waited for my glasses to arrive. Will definetly be back highly reccomend them to anyone

Taking my kids to the optometrist for the first time could have been aggravating but the staff and doctor at Eyeglass world made the trip very easy. Both times (we took them on two different occasions) the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful as far as making my kids feel at ease and comfortable. The only negative was a gentleman that as soon as he walked in he was agitated and rude to everyone. He was nasty to the doctor, nasty to the people working and actually threatened to take the doctor outside and “thrash” him. The staff handled them self very professionally and I actually told the guy that he needed to please keep his voice down because there were several children present (not just my own). The staff is awesome and Dr Fisher was professional and amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Fabulous service. Dr. Cone was through and detailed in his exam for three family members, even our child. Rima was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process, from insurance details to frame specs.

Dr. Karim and his team are awesome. I’ve had only great experience every time I’ve gone. They are even super patient with me when I have to bring in my 2 year old son.

I came upon this Eyeglass World because my car's check engine light came on, and I was looking for the nearest place to get out of the heat while I made some calls. Although I didn't visit for eyeglasses, I just wanted to give kudos to the young woman staff member who greeted me and even took the time to offer my young daughter some stickers. I'm very appreciative of the kindness extended by the young woman in my time of need, which left me with a positive impression of the business overall. I will definitely consider this Eyeglass World the next time I need glasses!
