The pharmacy try s to get every thing as good.as they can it tools while to get my rxs right and I gave them a list printed out by the hospital that was 2 months ago and I'm still not getting every thing I was hoping it right this month every one is very friendly and the pharmacy keeps trying

I am at your DeLand center now with my mom, a disabled 73 year old woman, and we were just sent home to Deltona by your front desk staff as the new (and appreciated nice) Hispanic Front Desk Director of First Impressions was told by her co-worker: "I GUESS THEY HAVE TO GO BACK HOME AND GO GET THE CARD" for her second Covid-19 Vaccine. I happen to not be working today but my mom travels by bus or transportation provided by her insurance. This could have been handled more empathetic, compassionately and wisely handled.

We do appreciate the first doctor we saw he was amazingly nice he made up for front desk detachment and informative for the first dose, this second one said for me to stay outside so I waited outside. Again, I love your offices and expansion work on first impressions they last longer.

My experience with the ARNP Janet Rowe has been well. She was thorough and professional. The first Nurse practitioner I initially saw didn't even order certain needed labs to check my thyroid so I had to have labs drawn twice. The wait times are long both in person and over the phone, office is always busy and understaffed, and communication between staff seems poor at times. Everyone is very polite and kind though, which is better than other offices I've been to in the past.

I went there twice (called a dozen times) before I took my records to find another primary care. Hadn't been to Dr.in 25 years, went initially because I had every hypothyroid symptom. PA seemed interested and ordered tests on first visit - all good so far. 2nd visit was to go over tests but no thyroid test was requested, PA didn't listen to my concerns. Went back for thyroid test and PA was going to call me with results. 9 days and many messages left I found out PA had not looked at them in the week they were there. 8 business days after they had them, still not looked at. They wouldn't release the thyroid test to me because the PA hadn't reviewed them yet - the irony that the test I paid for was being held hostage.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Every single person I talk to here is rude as can be, don't care whatsoever, and no way to get help or an appointment when needed. Going to the ER proves more helpful than going here which is what I normally have to do if I need help within the week. Other than that my appointments are scheduled for months away, and then always canceled.
There are always 10+ calls ahead of you when you call, and then they just hang up anyways. This place is pointless.

This place was a joke. My whole first appointment consisted of a series of questions - a lot of which seemed to have nothing to do with my health. I swear they are making money one the side selling the demographics info. The provider acted like it was her first day and couldn't answer questions - she ordered blood test which later I had another doctor told me made no sense- she didn't order half of the basic baseline tests.

WORST PLACE EVER! If you’re looking for UNprofessional help, they’ve got it! They rescheduled my appointment without telling me the first time. The second time they called me the morning of my appointment and had to reschedule. Then when I went in and requested a female doctor for my FEMALE NEEDS, they couldn’t accommodate me because they were too busy. The “nurse” or young man that took my blood pressure and etc was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL; making rude jokes and talking in slang. I left without the help I really needed! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Although I never saw a doctor, based on office conditions, I cannot imagine the doctors that work here are worthwhile. 0 STARS!

The girls at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. And Ms Amanda is very caring.

The worst. An “emergency appointment” still took over a week. It was a simple filling on a front tooth that broke. They took X-rays, the dentist looked at it for about 30 seconds and informed me that he couldn’t fix it. That I needed “a cosmetic dentist who could use stronger materials”. So basically it was an entire waste of time. Well for me it was. I’m sure they still cashed their check for the “evaluation”. Worthless. I guess it was my mistake calling a dentist when I needed a simple filling.

Can't get through to anyone ever on the phone when you do than you get placed on hold again and get disconnected

The office does not answer the phone. Leave a message, they might call back in 3-4 days. I waited 2-3 weeks and still have no paperwork results. What happened to discussing with a Dr.or going over tests? The website says to go on the patient portal but you need to call the office for access, they don't answer so you cant get access! I had to bypass them and go the places that did the tests and they said this office is known for not being responsive. Now I have results but am not trained to read x-rays or blood results. Save the stress and choose a different place.

I love my PA Shruti but, trying to get a referral or test results don't happen because they DO NOT return your call. I currently have 5 calls that haven't been returned. I freaking need my test results and it's been 48 hours and I've heard nothing.

No communication between Associates. They don't answer their telephone and they do not have an answering machine that works

If you value your time RUN AWAY because they sure as hell don’t. Took us five months to get seen and a hour and a half AFTER our scheduled appointment time I had to leave for work and my children still hadn’t been seen.

This is my first time in Adult DeLand office. I visited this location because I was in ER last night. I have probably 1 and half hour waiting for receive service because we're Walk In. I explain to Front Desk that I need to eat something and the ladies informed to me, if I leave the office I lost the Walk in turn. I have medical condition I'm need eat. Is no funny. I hope Administration do it something. I'm waiting.

I had a very bad experience with them.the doctor always give me the reffarel they never give me that.because of them I have so harassment with health insurance.still I m suffering because of their mistakes

I have only good things to say about this facility. Front office staff is polite & organized. My Dr is Shruti Vasanji & i think she is the best! Great doctor. Always listens and tries her best to accommodate you.

The experience ive had in the deland office has been superb. All of the staff is very friendly, but I have worked with Katie most. She has gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. I primarily see Dr. Omary, who has been so informative to current health issues and things to look out for in the future. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a health care provider!

Staff very friendly and attentive! The Doc was very friendly and very knowledgeable! So far so good!:)
