Family Health Source - Deland

I am very happy with choosing the Deland office. Very attentive staff and providers. Sharon Yelle and nurse Drew rock.

The PA here is awesome, I won't see anyone else anywhere else. I follow her she's a great person and great bedside manner, the building is old but all of them in this area are. But it's taken care of and well maintained. Go see Sharon the PA.

This is my first time going here, and so far everything went good for me, I really like my doctor, she was very nice and she listen to me, which is great. She had great side manners.

Awesome doctor but pitiful office personnel. Took a week and a call to administration to get them to fax Home Health Care the doctor's approval a week after she signed it.

Wrost office staff. They are to busy playing with their own phones then answering the office phone. They are rudd and very unprofessional.
This really needs to change and hopefully for the better. Other people needs jobs why not give them a try. We as patients really dont need the crap that the office staff puts out. Maybe the office management needs to take a look at what is going on.

Appointment at 10 been here an hour n a half without being seen n they lost my prescriptions doctors are good but they are super disorganized would not recommend unless this is your last resort

Very disorganized in this office. High turn over so don't get use to one Dr. Had many issues getting rx's filled due to lack of sending pre auth.to the pharmacy. Tried calling 3 days ststraighat diff.times of day plus left msgs. & I have yet to speak to anyone. You are a number not a patient here. Go elsewhere.you've been warned!
