Great service. Brought my watch to be sized twice the guy refused to take my money said you paid once, that's it.

It ended up a totally satisfactory resolve to.my dilemma. My problem was resolved in a timely fashion and I was satisfied and referred 2 friends to the Shop as a result!

I went into this store today to get some information about engraving a watch. I don't even know where to start. Cindy and Adriana were the associates "helping me". I got no information, no help, but a ton af attitude. And when I walked into the store they didn't even acknowledged me. Fyi I was the only customer. The one lady was eating with her hands and picking her teeth then touched my $400 brand new watch. I don't care if it was worth $20. That was the most disgusting/ unprofessional/ unsanitary thing I've witnessed! I took my business elsewhere after being told just go my my own jewler. Ended up walking to the other side of the mall and found a nice gentleman at that watch stand to help me. Even he knew about the complaints of this store. He apparently gets a lot of their business due to the circumstances of the store.  
The disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I don't understand how they are in business or even have a job! Stay away and go to the nice guy with great customer service next to the store things remembered

Stop by for a replacement battery they want $69 I explained I didn’t need water test just a simple battery replacement they had no interest

If you need your watch fixed or battery replaced, look no further. Came here some time ago with a couple watches. Purchased the “lifetime” battery replacement. Years later, came today. Couldn’t remember if I did. No receipt. Within 2 minutes, he opened my watch, honestly told me it was marked for lifetime replacement, and replaced my battery with a smile. No charge. Amazing service!

I’m not big on writing negative reviews as I know this is people’s livelihoods as I am a General Manager at a nationwide car dealership and I know how much impact reviews can have on your business. However, when a business ruins your property, doesn’t take responsibility, lie to you and is rude to your wife while I was on the phone with her, then I have a problem and have to be vocal.

Now I have used this company before and had no issues but recently, they changed the batteries in two of my watches, didn’t seal them properly and a week later water got in both. The guy (not sure if he was the manager as he never identified himself) gave poor customer service and thinks people are idiots by telling you your watches aren’t water resistant even though they are diving watches. They were water resistant before I dropped them off and a week later water gets in both the watches you just repaired. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see the correlation. Now this isn’t about money as I can purchase another watch but it’s about the principle, honesty and integrity.

A word of advice for your company: In business, if you make a mistake, own it and do the right thing for the parties involved, obviously within reason. You can never go wrong doing the right thing as you will build your brand, and gain customer retention. Also, when you hire employees, be intentional about investing in people that are customer service minded and train them properly.

In response to “What happened to your watches’ One of them work and the other doesn’t but water gets in them. I was told to call Bulova and ask them why water gets into my watches even though it never happened before I dropped them off to your store.

I have been coming to the Plantation location in Broward Westfield Mall for over 10 years! Quick fast service always! ️️️

Have been a happy customer for at least 20 years. Have 6 watches all types and only go here for service, and fast service it is. A real watch maker in a world lost of crafstman.

The lifetime battery program is such a value I'm up about $100. Or so over the cost of the deal.

I have been using Fast-Fix for several years for the lifetime batteries. They are an awesome value and provide very professional service. The staff are friendly and efficient. I never waited more than 20 minutes for a replacement battery.

The staff: EXCELLENT.professional, friendly & knowlegeable. Although I have a store closer, I aways go the Plantation store because of the staff. Great work!

I went to several Jewelers and was not able to get a fix for my jewelry until I went too fast fix my problem was listened to the solution was quick the problem was fixed and the prices were extremely reasonable. H Allen

I needed a new battery for a Tag Heuer. They installed in 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous.

I have been going to this store for all my watch repairs for many years and would not go to any other store. There workmanship is the best around. I have also used them for jewelry repair and they have a wonderful selection of watch bands and jewelry. This is the best go to place as the owners and staff are so accommodating.if you get stuck they have many other Fast Fix stores but I make the long trip to go to this one. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Took new watch in that was gift to resize. Not only fast, courtesy, friendly but told me about watch features and care that I didn't know

Wonderful polite staff very informative and professional. Offered savings and guaranteed satisfaction. Cleaned and repaired my watch in 10 minutes as told.

I was greeted quickly. I was getting a battery replaced in my watch. They did my repairs while I shopped. They were very nice and my watch was working in record time. I have used them several times and will use them again.

This place is fantastic! Excellent quality work and with little wait time. Gerald took the time to make sure my ring fit perfectly and even made adjustments where needed to make sure I had the perfect fit. I have brought several pieces here and have had great experiences every time. Highly recommend!

This was my first time there. The people behind the counter were wonderful. Put new batteries in, made holes in my band and cleaned my older watch. Everything was ready and done perfectly when I return from my shopping. Great prices as well. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Pat
