Love this store! They are so professional and so kind to deal with. Especially Cindy! She was helpful to resizing my wedding ring and picking a new band. I would recommend This jewelry store

Took my daughter’s necklace to Fast Fix to replace the clasp. They were super quick and affordable. If I ever need any other repairs Fast Fix will be my one and only stop!

I had a 3 Ct tennis bracelet repaired for my travels out of the country. The bracelet broke in the same place where I had it fixed. I'm very unhappy about this

I thought of the name "Fast Fix" would be a somewhat a fair cost watches and jewelry repair shop however, I was brought my $500 Polimaster watch for a battery replacement the other day and the quote was $39.99 before tax. This is the only watch that I have and it stopped working due to battery went dead. For $39.99 I could purchase a nice Casio Sport watch. Looks like I have to buy a $10 Watch tool kit from eBay and $4-6 batteries from Walmart and to do it myself. I believe in the business philosophy of "charging less/fair for more customers patronage over charging more and get just few patronage". This is a time of E-commerce customers are aware of what kind of pricing is fair or not fair.
