On Saturday March, 27,2021, I showed up at 7: 30am to my previously booked reservation at Firestone Complete Auto Care on 3810 Jog Rd, Greenacres, FL 33467 (Store #027871). I had booked a reservation online for an oil change. When I came into the store Glee was at the counter. I told him that I had a reservation for an oil change. He confirmed. I asked him about an inspection. He said “Okay”. I ask him for the price. He said “$9”. I gave him my key and identified my car. I then waited for my car to be serviced. Around hour and a half later, I received a call from Firestone Store #027871, with recommendations on services needed for my car. I then proceeded to ask them to check my brakes. He said that he would look at it. At this time, I had no idea if my oil change was finished or not. I then proceeded to wait for my car to be finished. After another hour and a half, I waited at the desk to ask if my car was finished being serviced. I waited for a while and no one asked me any questions. I was just being ignored it seems. Glee and David (the manager) were at the desk. I then went to David and asked if my car was finished. He said yes after confirming with his employee. He then asked for my payment and told me my bill was $98.26 AFTER I had inserted my card. I told him that it was incorrect and wanted to know why. I had a coupon for a $26 oil change. He immediately became irate and flustered and told me that I had a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change. I told him that I did not ask for that and that I signed up online for an oil change. I asked him to show me the invoice. He was immediately aggravated. He told me that he would give me a “credit back”. The new total was $60.42. I said “sir, why is it still that high? I came in for a $26 oil change plus the $10 inspection, that is less than $50”. He then proceeded to tell me to get out my calculator in a demeaning manner and snatch the invoice out of my hand because it was “his copy”. I told him “sir, $26 plus $10 is less than $50”. At this time, David is talking over me and telling me that I have to pay. He then tells me “well you have 7% tax”. I proceed to tell him that “$26 plus $10, plus $4 is still less than $50”. He gets louder and says” WELL YOU’RE A ROCK HEAD AND YOU DON’T LISTEN”. Horrid that he was demeaning me in the store and calling me names, I asked him to calm down and proceed to tell him that I didn’t do anything wrong to him personally and that I was not trying to steal from him. I told him that, while I understand the value in the difference of the oil, I did not ask for that type. I then asked if I could speak with anyone else. David proceeds to tell me that he is the manager and that “I will NOT be talking to anyone else”. At this time, he is still talking over me. I told him that was being unprofessional by raising his voice and calling me a rock head. Glee then proceeds to tell me that “I am getting the best deal! ” and that his boss is not being unprofessional. Glee was the one to confirm my reservation and he put the type of oil in. He was not being accountable or taking any responsibility. David, the manager, then says “ well if you don't want the oil, we can pull your car in and drain it all out”. They were already behind schedule. This was a threat to make me continue with my payment. I then tried to explain again that I did not ask for that type of oil and that I should not be “credited back” but charged with what I came in for, which was a $26 oil change and a $10 inspection. David told me again that “YOU don’t listen”. I have never met David before, I was there alone as a young black female in South Florida. To me, he and his coworkers were discriminating against me because of my color and taking advantage of me due to my sex as well. Finally, David printed out my invoice. Threw it at me, and said “it doesn’t matter, I have your card and account anyways”. He had charged me without my signature by using my Tire Plus card, which is affiliated with Firestone. David then walks away. I had to ask multiple times for my keys and find my own car.

I am not one to write reviews, this will be my first and rightfully so because it is WELL earned. The customer service at this firestone is HORRIBLE. My husband and i have always been customers of Firestone and decided to stop by this location since we just so happened to be in neighborhood. A regretful decision because the management is unprofessional. The mechanics are lazy and prefer to do nothing than do what they’re paid for. We were eventually helped out by a young man named Len when we came back to pick up our car, he was the only pleasant person in that building that day apparently, he answered all the questions/concerns we had. We fully understand that it may take a couple hours depending on what’s being done to your vehicle, however.if told a specific time when calling in then we expect for the car to be done at that time. We should’ve ignored this location just by reading all these no good reviews. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this one.

They were very professional and took good care of my Corvette in a timely manner. Always have a excellent experience at the Jog road service center.

First time here, and from my personal experience i would not recommend this place at all. The employees just stand around and talk and have no urgency or awareness to service you. I got here around 5: 30 for a tire patch and its 7 after. I HIGHLY URGE! That you go to a different repair shop. You will not receive any customer satisfaction here.

Other than competitive prices, extremely fast service, convenient hours; the team here will have you laughing when you get that dreaded flat tire! 5-Star Customer Service!

Do not let them anywhere near your car! I came in for a brake inspection and left with a broken lug nut. I called back on the same day and was told it would be taken care of. This morning I came back and it's a different story. They wasted 3 hours of my time and damaged my car. Stay far away!

After i read others review and from.my experience.they totally take advantage of the situation. They never have the tire u want.always the most expensive ones.if u fall for it you are screwed. So make sure you get a tire quote online before you go. And Please Do your research and get a couple quotes before buying any service.

The dude left his drip bottle in the car when we got it back. Then I hear his Co worker say " you gotta stop doing that". Apparently that happens allot with that guy.

Max gave me the best service I have ever had at an auto shop. He took care of my problem with out any negativity. As a matter of fact, he was extremely courteous.
He fixed an issue from another Firestone. Saved me the time and money by not having to go back to the original Firestone that did the job. I can recommend them to everyone. He will have my business for as long as I will own automobiles.

Had appointment for tire rotation service, arrived ahead of time left over two and a half hours later with tire rotation done. When we arrived all bays were full and staffed, during the wait at least four bays were empty. I guess the workers wanted to do the higher paying jobs and not a low tire rotation paying job. When I asked how much longer I was told that they were short staffed and that I would be the next in line. I was not, others came after me and left before me. Spandex lady got faster service than myself and others. There seemed to be some favorites that showed up. One old man said that he was called to show up for a service. He was told that he had that service a few days prior and that he did not need it but they did offer a different service that he was told that he needed. Into the second hour I asked again "How much more time? ". The salesman was suprised that I was there. They must have forgot about me. In the meantime the wife walked to Walmart, Walgreens, and the Goodwill superstore to do some shopping. The only good thing about this whole thing is that I made a new friend. A lizard that staired at me almost the whole time I was waiting.

Don’t bother making an appointment the guy at the counter said 2 hour wait. I ended up at the Acura Dealership and paid a lot less for the oil change and they gave me a free car wash. I will not be back at this location.

If there was an option of no stars I would for sure say none. Dropped the car at 11am and it’s now almost 5 and they haven’t even STARTED on it. Not to mention they brought the wrong tire to try and put on. Unreal

Went in for an oil change and alignment that took 51/2 hours. Had to return to fix alignment since it was not done correctly. We had an appointment and we told we would be out in an hour and half. Ha! We have been going there for years but will not return. We were not the only ones today that had long wait times

Always come here for an oil change and have previously bought in for tires from a fire stone. Oil changes are roughly around $40,4 qts. Today they charged me 65$ due to high mileage yet I’ve been over my the 75,000 mile mark they are saying makes it high and I’ve never been charged extra. Also while you walked out to look at my miles and saw it was 138,000 maybe you should of then stated it’s more than usual for your high mileage. Always come here YET can’t find old price I paid BS. Never again.

If we can score them a 0, we will. We came in right at 745, as they were opening their bays. The manager Ramin greeted us, we told him the issue and he said ok, we will take care of you as soon as we open the doors. We stayed in our car, since there was no one there. By 8am, there were a few people but we did not think they will take care if them first since we had already spoken to him. Well, we went to check in why no one had come to us and he took everyone in and then decided to take our information down. Which meant we went from being first to his last. No apologies, no rhyme or reason as to why he didn't tell us to get in line so we can be first. When my wife asked if we can pay for the service, he said "no sir", I am a woman, do not look like a man. We left, won't be coming back and will make sure to let everybody know about their lack of customer service and disrespect.

Customer service is a joke. Almost 3 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment with an appointment. Never called when it was done when I told them I was waiting for it. Ignore you when checking out. Two of us in line to check out and younger guy don’t even say give me a second. Nothing. Just ignores you until her is ready. 15 minutes later. Get my truck back and I guess they don’t use floor mats any longer because my floor was completely dirty. No new sticker for next oil change. Will not return. Firestone over the years have gone downhill, yet this location is the worst.

Terrible customer service, Felix is the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Over an hour to plug tire. With 5 guys standing around talking about sports. One of the techs is working with Nike Sandals. What a joke this place is. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And Felix, if you hate your job so much, find something else to do!

I did not have confidence in the mechanic. He barely understood me and had to ask another how to clear the dash light. Perhaps he was new, but did not seem trained or confident. In the past I would have felt much different. Have been a fairly regular customer in the past, back in the days of Kevin, the manager.
