23Took my car just to get new tires that is all I wanted nothing else done to the car when i too my car to them it was perfect fine and the same day I all of a sudden have a oil leak mind you I just got a oil change 3 months ago and now I need another one I’m so annoyed. And when they gave me a recommendation List there was NOTHING on the list about a oil change. I don’t have money to be paying for oils changes like that I’m not even going to be waste my time calling and all that I just wont be going back to any location my grandfather had a problem with this company a few months ago in Orlando so I would not recommend! GO SOMEWHERE ELS!
Came in with a blown out tire with my car on a tow truck. I have a little Ford Focus and the salesman Felix quoted me on a performance tire. I asked for something not so expensive as I don't need a performance tire on my car. He told me that they have no stock of anything else. Completely taken advantage of as I pull in, in need of a tire. I needed 4 tires on my car and I believe I was taken advantage. Watch out for these "Salesman"
Appointment system is a joke. It took them more than 2 hours to do oil change after an appointment. They have mentioned 1: 30 hours for oil change and wheel alignment check. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
