Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tampa FL

I’m fairly confident these guys messed up my car, and I’m not even sure a competent mechanic works here. I went in with my car having no problems, I was just doing my routine 100,000 mile inspection to be a responsible car owner and they told me I just needed a tire rotation and my oil changed. The next day my car wouldn’t start and the engine over heated just starting the car. I got the car to start to go to work only for the car to fail to start again. It needed to be towed back to Firestone for them to say I needed a new starter. My car was literally starting fine before I got my oil changed with them. Also if my starter was going bad why wasn’t this noted during the inspection the day before? So being stranded and it being my only car I paid the $450 for them to replace my starter but now the new starter is making grinding noises when I try to start my car. I’m not sure if they messed up anything else in my car but this place is awful.

Marcos and the other employees have been so nice and helpful with my car. I sincerely can't say enough nice things. My car is old, older than my daughter, and like most people right now, money is tight. They fix your car, treat you with respect, and are nice.

I had an unbelievable experience with Will when I dropped my car off. I was called about any adjustments to the service provided and corresponding charges. I was listened to when I confirmed or denied their suggestions, and when I picked up my car at the end of the day, everything I’d asked for (or asked them not to do for the time being) had been done well and my wishes completely respected and the amount charged was exactly what I was expecting thanks to the communication. I’ll be returning in the future!

You won’t get what you pay for. This is the second time I have gone here for an oil change with different cars and again they don’t do the services I’m told I will receive. Never topped off fluids or filled tires with air. Very disappointing. How can I trust they even did the oil change.

Made an online appointment for today. Walked in and was told it wasn't processed and I can come back another time. Disregarding that people actually have lives and jobs. Shouldn't have an online scheduling service if you can't actually use it or the building can't honor the scheduling app.

Walked in and Gonzo gave me a quote on the tires I decided on. He made recommendations on specials to get me the best deal. Great customers service and in less that two hours I got my car back complete. When I walked in I didn't plan on buy today, but glad I did!

From more than one perspective as a costumer as a business owner I’ve taken the time to let anyone reading this, how of a really good costumer service you are going to receive when going to this Firestone. The friendly front desk team and its manager would always look forward to give you the best advices on time, money and future services your car will need in the future.

I got my 325CI BMW towed to this location and straight from the start the crew was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. I appreciate the hospitality that was shown during my visit.even when my phone was dying Chris charged it up for me and volunteered to drive my cracked rim to a shop to be repaired.also the head mechanic stopped working on rebuilding an engine and helped get my rim and tire fixed. With an online service appointment and a coupon from that I was able to drop off my car first thing in the morning and have the service completed so that I could pick up the car at lunch.

Would not take my car anywhere else! The staff is super friendly and I trust them to take care of my car for the cheapest price possible. I do not leave reviews very often, but I was super impressed with my experience here. I would recommend this team to anyone, they really treat you like family. 5 stars!

Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time.and car never left the spot I parked in. Just ended up leaving.

This place is horrible. They consistently take hours longer than they say and don’t seem to care about the inconvenience. Today, I had an appointment and made sure to get there on time - as a show of respect for their time. But they told me they were busy and wouldn’t be able to honor my appointment. I could leave my car there all day - and spend money to Uber back and forth. Don’t waste your time here if you value your own time. They are the worst.

I love how they quickly find out what's wrong and take care of it the same day. Yesterday our SUV wasn't running and now it works. Thanks for being reliable!

Had them replace a fuel line on a truck. Didn't even make it home before it disconnected and the engine shut off while driving. Took it to another firestone and they could immediately tell it wasn't installed properly. Don't waste your money here!

The absolute rudest staff I've ever met! I wish I could rate a 0. Don't waste your time trust me!

Waited 3 and a half hours for am oil change and alignment and new tires I get in my car ready to leave and my car started to pull to the right

I went to check tire pressure they told me the light would go away, it did not go away. Now I have to waste more time going back. Also I waited 2 hrs to fix a flat. What a waste of my time!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. They went above and beyond. Great customer service, extremely professional, and reasonable prices. I will be bringing my car here from now! Highly recommend!

These guys are the reason one must check to see if they actually change your oil. Got an oil change here, took a over an hour, so I ended up leaving and picked it up after work. 2 weeks later, I had engine trouble because it was bone dry- no oil. I should have checked, and I should NOT have gone here.

They didn't fill up my oil all of the way and after 1,000 miles light came on and I had to buy a quart and fill it up myself:/ not cool
