The people here are very helpful, and service was quick, do take an appointment prior. Its right beside BP gas station and do take immediate right after the gas station.

This is the worst Firestone Service you can possibly seek. I had my car service in Miami Beach at another location and these guys refused to accept the warranty terms. They kept giving me exccusess and did everything not work on my car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!

Gave me an estimate on work that needed to be done to my car. I went to get a second estimate at a Goodyear, and found out that this Firestone wanted to charge me $150 more for the same exact work that would be done on my car at the Goodyear. Additionally, I looked up how much the parts would be and Firestone wanted me to pay double what they would be getting the parts for. I wouldn't go to this Firestone, and if you do, make sure to get a second estimate on major work being done to your car.

Been here twice to get tires. Reasonable prices and service was pretty quick both times despite being there on the weekend.

They will always try to up sell you for services that you don't need. But that's not the worst part, they are dishonest and don't follow through with their promises. I recently had a realignment done there and they made changes to my vehicle without noting it in the system. Go at your own risk.
