Good service and communication even after there was an issue with their equipment causing them to miss the projected service time by 2 hours while I waited in shop.

Very friendly, honest and very efficient. Communication was great. My car was ready before the promised time. My hubby said the work was done well. A little pricey in my opinion from calling around but I'm a believer in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, with larger things such bad a car. My life and my family's life is worth a couple xtra bucks.

I made an appointment at 11: 30am they made me wait. I made the appointment and I should be seen at that time. My time is important too. Who wants to sit around other people right now with Covid-19 right now. Honor your appointments.

This was my first time getting any major work done on my car and Alex really helped me get the best price for everything. I will definitely be taking my car here for anything else in the future. Staff was knowledgeable and very kind.

An hour and a few minutes for the oil change. Tech was nice. Had a question about a noise when I got into the car after paying and didn't like the "we didn't cause that" attitude when my point was to be sure the vehicle was safe. It really is how someone feels when they leave a place that matters. Would probably not go back.

Borderline useless. They didn't have the tires i needed. Didn't offer to order them and when I asked they said they couldn't. I asked if they knew of another place I could go to and they told me there wasn't. That's when I went two blocks down to Tire Kingdom

Service here is mixed. Sometimes they are cordial, sometimes surly. They often recommend work that really isn't needed.

Excellent staff! Everyone was smiling polite and very helpful. The time and cost were reasonable.

New manager Phil does not lead firestones standard. I have been going there for 3 year and the level of customer service I have received topped Sears and Valvoline car services. Today I felt disrespected by the level of customer service I got from firestone.

Very courteous and helpful, even though they were very busy on a Sunday. Had previously stopped at 2 other tire stores nearby, and they couldn’t help with my flat tire till Monday.

Fairly efficient service writers and mechanics. They generally do the job correctly and don't go overboard trying to upsell you on services you didn't come in for.

Great customer service. Prices were a little high for major work I needed but they checked everything I asked. Great price for an oil change! I truly appreciate how quick and professional their staff was.

Very personable and helpful staff. I went in with a desperate need of tires. They didn't have the ones that I wanted but helped me find a set rgat was within my budget. I was in and outta there within an hour. Thank you for getting me in and out of there in a timely fashion!

Just moved from Virginia to Florida. We love firestone in VA, but we have a trusted store that we've been using for years. I brought my car here for an oil change and when I checked out they told me I also needed a new battery because mine was pretty much dead. I declined and took my car to Advance because that's where I bought my battery and it was still under warranty. My battery was running at 100%. Completely fine. This firestone store tried to take advantage of me.

Great customer service! The prices might be a little higher than others, but I trust these guys. I have never had to take my car back for any warranty repair. They get the job done right the first time.

Called to schedule oil change and phill the guy that works there has confirmed the location and after arriving the guy that worked there was like oh no thats our other branch down the street which took me 15 minutes to get to!
When i finally found the store and because of wrong info that their employee provided i had to drive to 3 different stores but i finally got there and the first comment phill makes “ ha ha you are the person that called like 8 times” with an attitude and remember I HAD THE BAD experience!
Once i got there and got ready to pay.he says i just closed my cash even though they close in like an hour and a half, he stood there then he says “you guys should have a card, cant you just go and put that money on a card i cant take cash. So i said oh ok ill just go somewhere else and thats when he was lile hmmm ok fine ill do it and he WAS ABLE TO TAKE CASH!

Wrong info, miss direction and the worst customer service and it was a horrible experince you need to train then how to provide customer service before tje technical. People that call or come usually have an issue with their vehicle and doesnt need any miss direction and bad customer service!

Guys couldn't figure out how to look up the warranty on my tires, and then after replacing the tire, they left off one of my original lug nuts and put on some random blue one that looked like it had been through hell. Didn't notice it until I got home. That's some sh*tty work right there.

Went to get a quote to replace one headlight bulb in SUV. Quote was 115 dollars. Went to Pep Boys and cost 40 dollars out the door.

These guys are great! I have found them to be courteous and reliable, whether for an oil change or new tires. Thanks!
