The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. This is one of the only shops that respected me as well as my car. I ended up being there longer than expected but they did an excellent job making up for it.

Terrible. Not only did they try to nickel and dime me.he lied and said they cant help me get any better than the $915 quote.mean while their same company just 10 minutes away went over and beyond and found me the same thing for $450. BE CAREFUL LADIES.this is the shop that will SCAM you.

They said they wouldn't fix my rear bearings on my Truck. I'm like huh?
The guy informed me that the last customer said they cracked the axel and that's why they won't do it. I'm like so it's called "incomplete" auto care.

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation a guy dropped off with was not the friendliest, but when I came to pick it up they were super nice. They may good recommendations for the vehicle had it done in a timely matter and even put a coupon on for me without me having to ask for it! I was very pleased. Thanks guys.

This place has tried to over price me on 2 different occasions. This last time, they wanted to charge me $1,400 to change spark plugs. $1,400 TO CHANGE SPARK PLUGS. Get over yourselves. You are not worth this amount of money. Nobody is.

Went in for an oil change and was told later that i needed a new battery because mine had a leak in it and also that i needed to repair my tire because there was a nail in it. There was no leak in my battery and the "nail" turned out to be a rock.

If you car has anything aftermarket in it or on it don't take it to this Firestone the employees there are a bunch of thiefs. They left my car outside in the back where there is no lights or cameras purposly unlocked knowing there wasn't cameras back there stole my radio and my wheels and left my car on blocks. Horrible place to go employees are no good!

Not good at all. They insisted there was a 1200 part that needed to be changed to fix a clunking noise from my front end, which it still had after the part was replaced. I was mad as can be and all they did was just shrug their shoulders like oh well we tried. I WAS ROBBED.

Had an issue with a fuse, and needed it changed asap. They were awesome by helping us without making me wait. The heat without AC is not fun, especially with a disabled person in the car! Thank you so much!:)

This is one of the busier firestones in town. They could fit schedule me same day as a walk in but they called around and were able to get me in at the firestone on Lee rd. Great customer service.

This place used to be trust worthy years ago. No more. Customer service is awful.you'll wait 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. They are way over priced. Go elsewhere.

One star is way too much! It shouldn't take over 3hrs to get a car alignment done! It's ridiculous! If you offer free lifetime alignment with your tires, then you should be ready for the customers coming back to get it; specially if you made and appointment! Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible! Guys at the front desk obviously hate their job. Very rude and don't like to help with any questions. Also they are rip offs. Horrible horrible horrible! Guys don't waste your money or time on these lazy people!
