Wont install customer provided parts even though they cannot get the part i need in stock. All I needed was and old part pressed out and a new one pressed in its place. Your store cannot order the aftermarket piece i needed to replace my throwout besring retainer sleeve i cannot use oem my car is modified. Guy who answered phone was very unclear not well spoken and had a dont care attitude.

I came in to change a tire and it took them 2 whole hours just to do that. Wait time is ridiculous, service terrible.

The service advisors are always willing to help and honest. They get me in every time and have my car finished at a reasonable time as well. They never push products I don’t need and tell me the truth. I’ve taken my car in for new brakes to find out I didn’t need them. They are a great crew to do business with.

If I could rate higher I would. They are so friendly and helpful in there. They made sure I was taken care of so I could enjoy my birthday. Charles will never know how thankful I am for him that day. David was very nice he explained what was wrong with my tire! I was so happy and pleased when I left!

My wife and I took both our vehicles in for oil changes and to shop tires and diagnose a front end noise in my truck. Nathan helped us get good rates on tires for both our vehicles. He knocked thirty dollars off the price of her alignment and didn't try to sell me one I didn't need for my truck. I called four or five other shops to see if they could beat his quote on mud tires and only one shop said they would match it but not beat it. I was fearing bad news for my engine diagnosis and it ended up being relatively cheap and inexpensive fix It's hard to find a good shop you feel you can trust but I never felt like Nathan was trying to get one over on me or upcharge me or sell me something I didn't need. I actually brought a quart of Oil additive and asked for them to add it to my oil change. They forgot, but when I went back for the tires, Nathan saw it on the seat and drained some oil out so they could add it and I didn't even have to ask. Ask for Nathan, he'll treat you right.
