30I was very impressed with Firestone. Called ahead because it was close to closing time. Clerk verified tire in stock and to come down. Got there, clean, bright lobby. Same clerk took keys, settled up on work order, no surprises. Gentlemen was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Very satisfied with my experience there. Not looking forward to another flat, but would go back here again.
My go to place for oil changes and car maintenance. Employees are friendly my preferred rep is Sharona she is the best
I bought 4 new beautiful Bridgestone tires at Firestone yesterday. Wow! They are awesome and the ride is smooth. Nice treads.
Would give 6 stars if possible! This review is a bit late but well due. A few months ago, we picked up a shard of metal in the sidewall of our tire, irreparable. Went to Tires Plus in Stuart (sister store) didn't have the tire in stock.and it was near closing time, so they called Firestone in Jensen, they had it in stock, they stayed open until we got there and we were on the road again quickly, new tire. Thank you, will definitely recommend both stores!
Been using these guys for the last 5 years. Kirk always greets us with a smile. They service our Subaru, BMW, Chevy, Mazda. Always great service.

Always plan on a second trip back to get your repair done properly. Oil dripping from frame, program wheel location for on board pressure sensor, etc
Awesome auto service. Fair prices and fast completion times. Buy their lifetime wheel alignment. It's GR8; pay once, get a new alignment whenever you need one for as long as you own that vehicle. I have a 2006 Honda Accord that I have been getting alignments on for 10 years. You can too.
Went in for two new tires. Vince was very helpful and professional. One of my studs broke but they assisted with explaining the process and with it being a 2005 Camry it is understandable, these lug nuts and studs seize sometimes. Highly recommend them. Thank you Vince.

This place sucks. Bought 4 new Firestone tires and got a nail it it. They told me no Firestone dealer do plugs anymore and I would have to spend $200 on a used tire cuz they didn't have mine instock. So I drive back to the Firestone dealer i bought the tires at 200 miles away and they plunged my tire for free. #Crooks
