Firestone Complete Auto Care, Cape Coral FL

Moved here a year ago and needed to have one of my cars serviced. Called Firestone on Cape Coral Pkwy and told them I needed a oil change and the car was breaking up a little. He said bring it in and we will run a diagnostic on it. Made and appt and went in. Now the car is running Okay right now (just picked it up) the come on it and run the diagnostic on it was 99.00 they do them free at auto zone, Replace a vacuum line 100.00, love this one fuel system cleaning 118.00 whatever that is, the oil change 30.00 good price and 15.00 for a tail light. You decide for yourself.

I had a flat tire, brought rim and new tire, and they had it done in 10 minutes. Great place and awesome people.

Seems good, had an oil change and tire rotation.they tried to sell me a new rear wiper when the old one is fine but that seems par for the course anymore with car places.

Did a great job at a great price took the time to show me the things that I wanted to see under the car good place to go good people good work

They lied to me and told me I needed to get my tires rotated. What's funny is I had them rotated literally 1 week before at Costco.

My wife's SUV had a slow leak in the right, front tire so we took it into Firestone on Cape Coral Parkway. They told us the tire was fine. We picked up the car-right front tire still losing air. We took it back and asked them to look again - still couldn't find a problem and it was still losing air. I figured maybe it was the valve stem, I took it back a third time, asked them to replace the valve stem and check for a leak. No leak found, still losing air. I took the car to Goodyear tire on Del Prado - they found the leak and fixed the tire. Firestone has lost my business.

I try to go to Firestone for them to do the things, such as alignments, that my regular mechanic won't do however sometimes they're way too expensive and I end up going somewhere else. When I do end up going to Firestone for maintenance or repairs they always do a very good job.

Came in as a walk-in with multiple customers if front of me where most would Shay me away! Jayson stepped in and got my vehicle take care of and then some! Never have I felt so comfortable and cared for from a customer stand point! Thanku jayson and Firestone staff

Worst Firestone in the Cape! Over books appointments online, you receive a confirmation that you do have a appointment show it to them and they still turn you away. It has happen several times, I guess just have to start going somewhere else.

Went in to correct 2 error lights. When I left the 2 were fixed but I had 5 new error lights. Was given a bs answer to why the new error lights were on. Will not go back or recommend this store

Jason is the new GM. Super nice guy, very honest and helpful! I have never had a better experience with an automotive servicer. Do not hesitate to give them a shot! I got totally screwed over by a local business owner and ended up losing $550 and they didn't even perform the service they said they did. Then they went out of business. Jason and this team checked my car out and told me exactly what happened and didn't try to sell me on anything. Will definitely come here for all my car needs.

I order 1 tire, waited for 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer it will take, they told me between 30 and 40 minutes. I left. 6 mechanics standing around and more than an hour to get 1 tire exchanged. Seriously? Went to Wal Mart. They did it in 10 minutes for 2/3rd of the price.

I brought my van in last minute on a Sunday and these guys were great. I explained my situation and I explained that I needed my van for my 5am package route and They were the only shop who was still open. Jason was very pleasant and helpful and the tech Doug was awesome and very knowledgeable And did a great job. Theses guys jump on my van and had me in and out I couldn’t believe it! They saved me from missing my route and possibly loosing customers. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit this shop for any of your mechanical needs. I appreciate you guys thanks for the help this evening!

Very slow service. 90 minutes past time estimated. In hearing others at the counter they were over booking work. Also they misstated parts used. I would not recommend at all!

BEWARE! Firestone will damage your vehicle and DENY it! I brought my car in for two front tires and unfortunately for me the job was completed by a very inexperienced technician who mishandled and damaged my new rims heavily. The store manager then denies that the damage was caused by the machine even with very clear evidence of the machine marks on the rim. The damage marks are a dead giveaway that it was done incorrectly and the manager STILL denied it. See the pics for yourself below! After all this corporate send out a claims adjuster to determine if the damage was consistent with mishandling on the machine. The report he files says YES damage IS consistent with mishandling during tire change but the best they can offer is to pay half of the cost of new rims. NO thanks. Looks like I'll be getting a lawyer to pursue this to the fullest extent. It's sad that a company can't just own up to their mistakes and make it right.

Brought my car to have a front end allignment done, my car is slightly lowered, and when the service person brought my car to the alignment rack, the mechanic came over waving his hands saying "we dont work on modified cars ever. " Which is a blatant lie, because my previous car had after market suspension and i had 3 alignments done on that very same rack. He then said to me "well i wasnt here then, so i dont know who did it. "
This location used to have A+ service, will now no longer bring any of my vehicles back, and will openly tell people to stay away from this location.

We always come here. Sometimes everything goes ok. And other times there are issues and they solve them, 1 time they lost my keys. So I had a free oil change. The last time I got an oil change and 2 new tires. They claim to put my hub caps back onto my rims. I don't see how I'm missing 2 hub caps right after they replace my 2 tires.

I love this Firestone! They are always so patient with their explanations and are conscientious of your time. I have gone here for years for various things with 3 different cars. Such polite and respectful employees. You will not regret going to this location.

I would recommend this location to no one. I was in a hurry but needed an oil change. Spoke to the manager and she said it would take an hour because "they had to put it on a lift and only had one guy to do oil changes". I agreed because I was in a pinch. 30 minutes later, they still can't gotten started and their one hour timer hadn't even started. Ended up getting my keys and leaving because if I can't count on them to quote the time an oil change takes, how can I trust them with my car. Avoid this location.
