Firestone. Although the facility is close by and it is nice and clean inside with a comfortable area to sit and wait.
When you call they give you one price quote, when you go in they give you a different price quote. There prices are really expensive and the length of time you have to wait to have 2 tires taken of and 2 new ones put on is severely long! 3 hours is entirely too long, I've seen people use manual tools put on 2 tires in 30 minutes and firestone has all the fast, high impact tools on hand. I guess your paying more for there name than the service.

Did rear brakes on the company truck. Ordered the part from Tampa for the 32 year old behemoth same day delivery and installation with a walk in. Thanks Firestone.
