Facebook ad falsely promised a huge President day sale with voucher. I went in with voucher, sales people had no idea of it.they sat me down and chose what vehicles for me to look at.then when I tried to purchase the vehicle they barely budged on price and tried pushing into a different vehicle that I didn't want. I left and bought a new vehicle across the street from Tom Gibbs Chevy instead. I felt like I was brought in by false pretenses with the voucher lie!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership.

I brought my 2013 jeep in for a dashboard recall. It came out with 4 broken vents, the window and headliner and side airbags filthy and and the dash isn't level. Supposedly they fired the person who worked on my vehicle but the service Manger said he didn't like my attitude so they are claiming these were the way I brought it in. Buyer beware.

Bought a brand new Jeep from Kevin service is always excellent had to go in for a recall this morning they attended to be promptly and it was taken care of very quickly I highly recommend this dealership

We bought a Jeep Renegade from this dealership on Saturday. We worked with Ralph O’meara. He was fantastic. He worked very hard with the sales managers to get us the vehicle and price that we wanted. He was very professional and kind. He genuinely cared that we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend this dealership over any other for buying a new car. If you want your car done right go here. I seen the reviews and bad comments on here but the new manager Jonathan is cleaning this place up. All the bad reviews and comments were there before him. He took over about a year ago and when I went In I had a few concerns but he took care of it. Thanks Jonathan 5 stars for you guys!

I just purchased a new Ram 1500. My sales man was Adam. Everything went smoothly. It took just under 3 hrs to purchase the vehicle. I give Adam a 5 star rating. He was amazing and managed to work with me and meet my expectations. My overall rating is 4 stars, reason being, I felt that the dealership itself is very outdated and lacked certain qualities other dealerships I have been to have had. Some examples are other dealerships have newer showrooms, drinks/ food, kid center, etc. Don't get me wrong, the car is amazing, service was quicker than usual, but like I said it would of been nice to have options to snack or drink water while I waited. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Would do it again, thanks again Adam.

Drove from Raleigh NC to Florida yesterday to pick up a used 3500 Ram. We have all probably had bad experiences with car dealerships. Wow! I surprised to have one of the most knowledgeable "Young" sales guys I have ever met. (I am 60 year old grandfather on my 30 something vehicle) Adam was just great in every way. My truck was ready. He took care of every detail and got me back in the road in less than 2 hours. Could not be happier with the experience with Adam. Make sure to ask for Adam when you come in. You too will be impressed!

In this world of big business car dealerships it is a breath of fresh air to work with this family owned dealership. I called in, spoke with an excellent sales consultant, Jaelin, and set up a deal involving a trade in and new truck purchase. It is unusual to do this long distance, but we did, and everything was as discussed. Perfect! Not to mention the deal was good enough for me to drive 200 miles to do it. Great dealership! Just took ownership of a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. This is the second vehicle I bought from Flagler Jeep. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful, especially my salesman, Adam Young and Finance Business Manager, Buck Day. No pressure, no tricks.

The service department is very unprofessional socializing with everyone while trying to check me in. Very long process on the computer. Had a 9 am appointment arrived at 8: 50 to check battery and replace it got out after1pm. It is 1 pm now said it would be a short while longer. Will never buy another vehicle here.

Sorry excuse of a service department I've ever dealt with. Both service managers are very rude.charged me 4000 dallars and didnt fix truck.just for a heads up.us any othere dealership but this one.worst ever.

Went their for oil change. Excellent service. In and out so quickly. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. They acted like they appreciate their customers. It was def.a breath of fresh air coming to this dealership.
Would have given 5 stars if they had better magazines to look at while waiting. Very clean establishment.

Employees were very friendly very professional very courteous and very knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. Especially in the parts department.

Sales manager doesn't like to negotiate. Gets mad and storms out of the cubicle. I felt like they sized me up for being stupid when I came through the door. One manager even told me they would match their competitors offer, however that didn't happen. Their sales tactics are telling you how big of liars the other dealerships are, but not offering any honesty of his own. My salesman, Gage, did an outstanding job, but his manager lost the deal for him. Not a lot to offer at this dealership.
