43First and LAST time called them for service on my Willy's Jeep. The gal who answered the phone was rude and acted as if it was my priveglage to call them. The "service admin" was too busy to take any new phone calls "and he would call me in a few days". Not much service for their service dept. I called Atlantic in St Augustine and they will see me in the morning, tomorrow! Even if Atlantic couldn't see me right away they're happy to welcome me into their jeep family.olllllo
I'm currently in the show room and I've been her for almost an hour no one has yet to even say one word to me. Business must be great for them to just ignore a customer wanting to look at a $53000 truck
Came from out of town to look at a used car. Ended up not purchasing but the salesman and Sales Manager really went out of their way to make the experience easy, comfortable and 100% my decision. The price was an internet price so they made it clear up front that was the best they could do. No pressure and no games. I highly recommend this dealership!
On hold for parts Dept for 40 mins, I spoke to 3 different ppl tryin to speak to someone in parts, all three had no clue. They could have got someone on the phone instead of just passing the hold around
No customer service. I contacted dealership 3 times requesting information on a vehicle and never got a response. Dealer also increased price of vehicle $1600 after first attempt to contact about purchase.
Fantastic customer experience! Helped me and my grandmother as we looked for a new car for her. Even though we didn't plan on making a purchase today, they still did not hesitate to offer great customer service and assuring my grandmother that she was going to get the car she wanted at a fair price. Did not push us towards purchasing anything, just showed what's available and if they didn't have it they could order what she wanted.
Took a vehicle to Flagler Chrysler for minor warranty work. Got outstanding service from Darrell and his team. Shuttle service was appreciated only exceeded by the accurate diagnosis and quick correction of the problem. I'm a big fan. Thanks.

I had to bring my car in for a recall service and the service dept.was awesome! They got me in and out super quick. Kristine was super friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. They will get all my business from now on even though I live in a different county!
I went in for oil change on a Saturday someone took my vehicle in right away. The oil change was fast, I'm very happy with the service and I will be going back.
I have purchased and leased several cars over the years and have been happy with all of the deals. They really work hard to put you in a vehicle you will be happy with.

I saw the perfect car online. I am 75 mi away so I called ahead to make an appointment to see the car. When I got there, it didn't have the features advertised and it was filthy. The cup holder was full of cigarette ashes! YUK! When I very politely expressed my disappointment, the general manager says "Well you are getting a good deal- You have the right of 1st refusal". No apology. When I went on to explain that I expected better because I called ahead, he walked away and said "I'm done". Not a great way to treat a potential customer. I wouldn't trust a dealership that doesn't value its customers. Maybe they are in it just for the money?
Website says they open at 11 on Sundays but after I got there I had to email the sales person I was in contact with to find out that they actually open at 12 on Sundays. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if I hadn't driven 45 minutes from Ponte Vedra. Emailed the sales rep about what happened and never received a response. Very poor customer service. There were also two other sets of people sitting there waiting when we left so I know it wasn't only me.
Daryl in the service department should not be interacting with customers. A lesson for auto dealers. Be careful who you allow to interact with your customers since it can also cost you business in other departments.
Need to change there oil change appointments! Always booked up for weeks! What happened to going in and waiting in the lobby to get it changed they give you a stupid sales pitch make you buy oil changes then they can never get you in to get it changed very unreliable!
Horrible! Salesman act like they could care less about selling cars, this dealership is a joke! Take the extra time and go to either Daytona or St. Augustine.
Bad service I bought 110 dollars deal to change the oil twice but no body tell me in 1year will be expired not honest people. Never serve my car again in honest people
