All and all F and D has good pricing. My issue is this... Ready to end my bath remodel and I came up a little short on the Bostik NeverSeal in Alabaster. The tubs are literally only filled 3/4 of the way to the top. Not FDs problem. Went back to purchase another for $55 and they didnt have alabaster. Order then, turns out they wanted $55 for the shipping charge, or U could wait till it comes in. They did not offer to find it at another store and have it delivered, customer service sucks!

If you're looking for hard to find unique items and dont mind paying premium prices, then this is your store. Definitely a place to check out flooring, tile basins etc. Not a bad store just expensive but they have a lot of different items you wont see at the hd and lowes

Okay, so we literally had the BEST experience today with Angel (associate 54350). He helped us choose the perfect flooring for our new home, answered all our questions (helped answer ones we didn’t even know to ask) and was very patient with us. It was a pleasure and because of him, we will be back for all our needs! Thanks Angel!

Amazing selection of tile and wood. Prices are good too. I dropped one star because they told me they had a threshold piece I needed on the phone and it turned out they didn't.

This place is amazing! It is like a candy store for tiles floors and the like. It is huge and everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products. I found beautiful glass tiles for my master bath and will be back to get more for my second bathroom. Also found wood flooring for the rest of the house!

The answering the phone is an issue in this place, may be they should hire somebody to answer the phones and when they do is like you are a bother to them. It's sad nice place and variety but is short in the customer service.

Walls and walls of flooring. There were so many nice tiles I couldn't decide what to get. The prices were very good also. I wish I had started here.

Staff here was very friendly and courteous.we were approched several times and asked if we needed assistance. Large selection of flooring materials and supplies. If you can find what you are looking for here, you probably won't find it anywhere else!

These stores are going to put alot of other stores out of business because they have everything in stock. What you have left over when your done, they will take back. They will arrange delivery for you. One stop shopping.

Terrible customer service! Waited 4 weeks for order. No one could tell us a delivery date, was promissed a phone call back everyday for 4 days. Nothing! No one answers the phone and gave us a hard time about getting a refund. Not worth the lower price!

I returned to pick up 1.5 boxes, which had been sold out. My sales person Will, called 5 stores shown on computer to have some. He was left hanging for over 2 hrs. He took me to a higher company pro desk that handles hudge orders. The small 1 1/2 boxes will be sent fed-x. He made sure the cashier had all correct data, + escorted me to the exit. 5 Stars for Jim W and Kai. Jim has been helping me choosing the right product for my flooring and kitchen reno. Kai has been ans still is with my wood floor products. They are very professional, friendly and courteous.
The manager was very nice as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this facility.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, quite a nice selection.
Store is also well organized and quite clean.

Ordered online for pick up in store that day, inventory showed more than what I needed. Called store they said they did not have the items in stock they were coming in that night. Call next morning same story coming in tonight call back tomorrow morning, oh and by the way good luck getting someone to answer the phone! Don't trust there inventory! All in all not a good experience.

Sales associates are great. Leading department needs a lot of work. Waited 1.5 hrs on two different occasions for a full pallet. No sorting needed. Very slow.

Awesome place. If you are not on top of it - look for miss Dawn great helper! You definitely need help there.

Employee needs a higher IQ or at least a care. Called first to see if the item I was looking for was there before driving 45 minutes. After the 20 minute + call, I was told they had it. I was very clear in description. A waste of time and gas.
