We dealt with Dycanus at the Riviera Beach store location. After spending a considerable amount of time with Dycanus, who went out of the way to locate our tile at different locations, we got the tile of our dreams. He is a consummate professional. Floor and Decor corporate offices, note that Dycanus deserves a huge raise! Will always go to him for my tile!

We are redoing a bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great ideas for alternative designs. We were able to get everything we needed, while saving a ton of money. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for tile or wood flooring. Returns are easy as well.

Fast service! Friendly staff. We ordered ahead, and they had the 2 full pallets of tile ready and loaded it on the truck for us! Very professional!

Purchased several materials at checkout commercial check out and the guy left a couple parts on the counter and I had to make a double trip back to pick the stuff up very dissatisfied

We have not recieved and follow up from Floor and Deco for the installation issues. The price increases during installation etc.

First time I went to pick up tile waited 30 mind to have tiles put in car.
Second time, I was returning 2 unused boxes. Had to find a shopping cart to put boxes in, once in store, return desk closed so had to go in general check line. Only onr opened at the time but there was only one person in front of me, so thought this would be no problem.when I got to the register, tokd the girl it was a return and showed her paperwork on phone. She had a hard time finding receipt but once she did - she, said there is, a problem would need to check with warehouse. Since now there was a start of a long line behind me, she said, if I wouldn't mind, could she take the customers waiting. I said ok-thinking it wouldn't take that long. After about 30 mins. I went over to her and she said call this number since it was an on-line order. By this time they opened 2 more registers so the line started go down quickly. I tried the number but didnt have any luck, so I went to another open registet and told him my problem. He said to go back to same girl since she was handling the return. She finally called the manager and tried but couldn't get the return to work. So he called the 1-800 number abd finally called the return went thru, and the money woukd go back on visa cc used. E-mail confirmation to follow. Hopefully, thsts the end of it. I am not blaming the girl, but returns should be handled at the return desk or customet service. All together tge return took almost 1 hr!
I hope I don't have to go there again!

Horrible service. Stay away from this place.
After paying for my purchased, it took almost an hour for them to bring it outside at the pickup ramp.
Then I had to purchase some stair-nose and reducers (molding for laminate floor) and they charged me $10 of freight charge for 10pcs of one molding and another $20 of freight charge for 3pcs of another molding.
I do understand that they are special ordered moldings but why more quantity (more weight) cost less than the smaller order?
If it is exactly the same color, same manufacturer, why charge me twice? Just because it is different moldings?
If these special orders takes about 14 days to arrive, a huge store like Floor n Decor wont have another orders for that manufacture from different customers where they could bundle all together and avoid these freight charges for their customers?
Besides all these problems and frustrations, customer service is always horrible over all.

My wife & I were there over the weekend and purchased some tile for a Kitchen backsplash. Sean was amazing. He helped us with every question we had. He was very knowledgeable of the products, loaded everything on a cart for us and even took it out to our car. We even tried to Tip him for his help and would not except it due to policy which was a bummer. Great experience! Hope to work with him again!

Had a long wait for pick up months ago and now I see many customers experienced same recently, along with telephone frustration. I wish they'd get this customer facing stuff right. If u load on a cart your fine but otherwise the Riviera Beach store will make u wait forever, bring some reading.

Wow, I Should Be Re-Hired To Go Work At This Location Make These Review Much Better Than What They Are. Least I Can Offer Work Parttime. I Couldn't Work Fulltime I Have Opportunity With Company. But Just Work Parttime. I'm Like 5 People's In One. Hi Fhanor, I Miss You Alot. Which You Are Excellent Excellent Customer Services, And Worker. Like Myself.

Terrible service in warehouse. Waited almost 2 hours for a few boxes of flooring. I would almost understand if they were busy but we were the only customer and our order was already pulled. Avoid this location. They care more about socializing with each other then the customers.

Great selection, Horrible pick up experience, Just go to home depot, waiting 1hr 45mins with zero communication from warehouse and office telling me almost done, had 48 hours to prep the order for. 9am pickup today and obviously didn't even get started, employees more concerned with messing around. Corporate needs to get a hold on this place because as a company who works with numerous contractors we will steer people away from this place at all costs. But id say the worst part was the 3 other customers who only waited 15 minutes, maybe if I spoke spanish I wouldn't have waited so long but I really can't say.

Owner can claim wrong info but I brought a copy of the invoice, don't trust my review just read the others!

Terrible customer service - terrible delivery policy. They don't answer phone, was on hold 45 minutes. Do not recommend.
