Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program - Orlando

The receptionist at the 1st window told me i would have to get there by 1-2pm in order to be able to see somebody by 5. I got there at 3: 45 and was turned away.they don't close untill 5. If this place was a buisness the would go under.what are our fees and taxes paying for?
Very frustrating trying to deal with these people and stay compliant.especially when i have to take off of work to do anything with them.
Would have give zero starts if it were possible

If you come first thing (9: 30am if possible) on a Thursday like i am doing you won't be here more than 20 min. But I know its easier said than done. They are just pushing papers for you. They cant make decisions. But anyway. If you come anywhere in orlando, come as early as possible. So many people in orlando now so everything gets packed fairly quick. This county is not equipped to help thousands of single mothers. So we aren’t getting support for years because of their lack of tracking these men who work in the county and should at least be punished if they purposely are trying to get out of paying their dues. Nothing gets done. Just threateningly letters sent to them but that’s it. No action behind the words. If men want to be dead beats they don’t need to be in the streets possibly impregnating and abandoning another woman and child. I know there are some good single dads out there. This is not about you.

They are so rude, they don’t want to help, they give you the run around with everything. Unorganized and could care less to help people.

This place is super unprofessional. They have been DRAGGING my case for 11 months and NOTHING. Every time I reach out for an update, I’m told something different. No one knows what is going on with your case and no one cares to help you. They’re rude and could care less about you and your situation. If you don’t care on a personal level, cool but AT LEAST DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY and provide the correct information. The phones never ring and are “always” busy, even if you call at 8am on the dot. The online agents don’t know what they’re talking about, the “notes” left are outdated and NOT CORRECT, everyday you’re told something different. I have screenshots of every online interaction I’ve had with them about my case because they NEVER give the correct information and you don’t know who to believe or where your case is. WHEN DOES THE OFFICE OPEN BACK UP AS YOU GUYS ARE NO HELP AT ALL!

I’ve tried calling to speak to a human being for 2 days now and it always says they are too busy call back later so I tried their echat and there was no way for me to respond to the person WHAT THE HELL

Bad Bad And Bad Service from All people in child support services. Non of them understand the need of child. They keep holding payments received because of audit. When you call to speak with Sup. They hang up on you. The E service does not provide enough information. The worst is that you are left in the loop with no payment for a child. When you go in person the people working are very nasty.

These people are the worst. I don't understand why city and state department employees are so horribly rude and disrespectful. They don't go to work to help you they get up in the morning and go to their offices to see which poor citizen they can make their life miserable. These people aren't patient and understanding, they have a irritable attitude and slap on a price tag and say this is what you owe.

They are rude. Don't care about anything but their own personal paycheck. It's sad these people are employed as state workers.

You have to go to the office to get any simple answers because they never answer the phone “ too many calls in the Q, call another time “ it’s been Saying that 8: 00AM to 12: 00Pm smh ‍️

Bad service, if a man go to try to get child support for his kids they take longer like for example when you call papers aren’t ready you missing papers and all that lies that they make because you are man and they won’t let you get child support, the next step is bring Florida department of revenue on court for irresponsible

I think it's crazy that you can never get a live person on the phone. I also think that if I don't live in the state their should be a better way to handle support then me having to fly or drive from Texas. NO HELP FOR MEN TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING! You SUCK!

Unbelievable bad public service.
They put my ex husband responsibility for children and leave Sebastian Colce free of his paternity responsibility while Sebastian take care two kids frim another man by the way Sebastian Colce said his biological son is too Black so his can enjoy welfare program and church help, while him provide for his white hispanic step kids.

Cant even getting a place to park to go to the office.how insane nowhere to park so you can visit the child support office

I was supposed to get a payment the Friday before Christmas but instead they paid themselves and my boys got a lot of thier presents the following Friday cause I didn't get paid till the Wednesday after Christmas. This system needs to be fixed so the children come first and not their greedy hands

My exes company mails in the money the beginning of the month and it takes more than two weeks to get processed and put on the card. Still haven't gotten money from December yet and it's January 24th! Its either that or whoever is handling my case is stealing money. I am going to file a formal complaint against them and talk to a lawyer.

I have NEVER been so disrespect and treated so poorly. How are these individuals employed? I agree, I would give a -10 if I could. How rude and flat out disrespectful. It's unfortunate that our tax money pays for these incompetent individuals.

Nothing ever gets completed by these people, everytime you go and you speak to a different random person at the desk, they have never enforced a single payment outstanding in my case. Their staff members are rude. They even threatened to close my case if I did not provide them the non-custodial parents information. (How would I even know that information?)

The most uneducated, ignorant, and useless people you can deal with
They don't understand they work to help us
They have no clue what do they need
Rude as hell, they hang up whenever they feel like it
