This place was absurd! I would put -10 if I could. It's like they skim the worst areas on the globe to find the most incompetent, rude, LAZY people to slap them in a seat and call them an "employee". I could write an entire book on the issues wrong with this place. SO DISGUSTED! They should look for people who actually want to work.
Actually had a good experience in a government department of services. Wait time was ok, and Mr. Gors helped me out with excellent service. Got everything I needed done and pointed in the right direction.
The office wait time is ok! But y have a phone n y'all don't pick up n can't answer any questions. I don't know what these people's r doing but their not working. When u go in the office their always saying ohhhh theirs no update. Y sit there n get paid n can't help us. Worthless
I've given them requested copies of documents twice and they keep "misplacing" it now they want a 3rd copy. Why isn't there a customer service direct contact for this office. I can never get anything done with them.
Child support "sit on our butts and do nothing". We need harsher punishments for non-custodial parents who abandon their children. Throw them in jail til their kids turn 18 and make them work off whatever they owe especially if the other parent has to apply for assistance- make the non-custodial parent work off every penny.
This dum ass people never pick up their calls i have calld over 30 times and there is no one unavailable like why have a phone for if yall aint gonna pick it up i find it pointless
