From start to finish, Gulf Beach Weddings took care of it all. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the coordinator, Adam and his team. They were extremely friendly, professional and assured us they would take care of everything. We added the photography package and Ed and his wife did some amazing work. I can honestly say I had my dream wedding. Gulf Beach Weddings made my experience easy especially since I was planning a wedding by myself without a wedding coordinator. If I had any questions, concerns, or changes Gulf Beach Weddings staff response to me quickly via e-mail or phone. I love Tracy because she was the main one to make the vision come alive. We went to visit her in person during the planning stage and she got us together quickly. My decorations and set up on my wedding day were beautiful. The only downfall was my wedding singer music track stopped playing before she reached the end of the first verse. I was shocked that happened but my singer kept going like a champ. My officiant, Father Andy, was great and had a sense of humor. He made sure I felt comfortable with my ceremony and that I did everything I wanted to do on my wedding day. He made my wedding day spiritual with a scripture reading, Hand Fast, blessing of the rings, and jumping the broom. Father Andy told me if I need anything to please let him know. If you want an officiant that will make you laugh and calm your nerves on your big day choose him! My Harpist, Victoria, was a sweetheart. My photographer. Pedro, was very professional and pleasant. My videographer, Bernie, was professional and resourceful. I had a great team of vendors.

I am beyond happy with gulf beach weddings for helping me plan my wedding, when I am out of state. I love how they have the virtual ceremony, where you can pick and choice what beach you want to be married at and picking all the accessories to go along with the ceremony! If I had to do it again I would definitely choose gulf beach weddings! AWESOME, BEAUTIFUL, BEYOND WORDS!

Absolutely loved the job that Gulf Beach did with our wedding. They responded quickly to my emails and returned my phone calls promptly. Everything looked stunning and went perfectly on our big day! Jeff and Adam met with us on the day of to help us know exactly what we needed to do/how everything would work- they were so polite and great to work with. The photographer they hired (Edward McGrath) was wonderful and great to work with and the officiant took time to ask questions about our lives so that he could make our wedding a little more personal. We did everything from our home state of Arkansas, and it was nice to get to Florida and see how perfectly everything turned out. It was an absolutely wonderful job overall and I would definitely recommend Gulf Beach to anyone doing a beach wedding!

Can't begin to say enough good things about our experience with Gulf Beach Weddings! From the very first phone conversation with Taylor and our meeting with Tracey to finalize our wedding and all the other phone calls right up to the day before the wedding they were both so very helpful, patient and kind. Jeff did a wonderful job setting everything up and decorating the beach for the wedding itself and it was beautiful. George Smetzer was our officiant and he did such a special ceremony for us. It was like he had known us forever and we feel so very blessed to have had him marry us! Our photographer was P. L. Carrillo and he also made us feel very relaxed and was very patient with any request we had and he did a great job. We are very happy we chose Gulf Beach and recommend their services to any couple wanting a beautiful beach wedding. Thanks to you all for making our day so special!

"My Dream Come True"

We traveled from TN, as our friends and family. We were at aahhh of how beautiful our set up with Gulf Beach was, the day of our wedding. This is the best group of people to work with. The only company that could accommodate the package we needed (50 guest). They quickly responded to calls and emails. Very professional and flexible. They were there to answer any questions we may have needed. Jeff, out of Destin's new location was very very good! We needed to change our rehersal time 30 min before time and Jeff accommodated us! He had an event the day of our wedding and promised he'd try to make it to see us before we left. He kept his word, that's loyalty and trust. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. They allowed us to have full control of our vision for that dsy, but was always near to assist and listen and work with me! I recommend this company to anyone! They left us with no questions unanswered nor stress!

Best experience ever. They took care of everything and helped me ever question I had. They explained everything that was going to happen on my big day. Best day ever besides having my kids. If you are looking to get married on the beach like I did go with gulf beach weddings.

Amazing experience! We had our wedding at James Lee Beach in the evening. Glad that I went with this company. The only con was that our photographer was not really guiding us, which is something that I had also heard from others. Gulf beach weddings were readily available to answer any and all questions and concerns that I had. I would recommend evening weddings, less people and not as hot.
