Great experience, no hassle, received everything they promised and the service was great. Our communication was primarily through email which was preferred by me, they were very responsive, easy to work with. If friends or family of mine would want the same type of beach wedding I'd certainly recommend them.

My husband and I got married on June 20th 2018, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Our coordinator, Jeff, and his staff Riley, Walker, and Chase did a phenomenal job. They took care of everything, and made sure all of our needs were met. The photographer that came with our package was amazing. The wedding was better than we could've imagined. GBW was great! They were on time and ready for the wedding to start. Prior to walking down the aisle, they confirmed all steps and music choices. Great company to work with!

Very professional and attentive. I sent ALOT of emails and called many times and they never made me feel like I was bothering them or like a bridezilla:) they handled everything professionally and immediately. All I had to do was show up! The coordinator, Taylor, was perfect.

Jeff set up a beautiful wedding ceremony, which blew our expectations! He was also able to take hearts and the designs in the sand was a stunning addition. Excellent customer service from first phone call to the friendly, helpful guys at the ceremony site who set it all up and gave us direction upon arrival. There was zero stress or confusion. Gulf Beach Weddings did a picture perfect job for our Wedding at Sunset Vistas on Treasure Island. Everything went as planned and although we had a little rain scare the staff was right on top of it and had us walking out to the Beach as the last few rains drops fell. Thanks for the great job and for allowing us an organized stress free wedding.

We recently had our wedding on Lido beach in Sarasota and it was AMAZING! Seriously. JEFF NEEDS A RAISE! He does these incredible designs with the rake in the sand that takes the ceremony to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! It would be cool to have him put on a training class for the other associates. The officiant Mitch was also incredible. If I could give 6 stars I would!

This was the wedding of our dreams. Everyone I talk to wish they would have done what we did. I even have friends who have become engaged since we got married and they want to do what we did. We were married on April 8,2018 at Belleair Beach. From the first email conversation, communication was excellent. They went out of their way to answer my questions, typically within just a few minutes and make accommodations for our special requests. The decorations were more beautiful than I could have hoped for thanks to Jeff, our coordinator. Our officiant, George, was incredible and made our ceremony fun and relaxing. Our photographer, P. L. Carrillo, was professional, fun and he made sure that he captured all the photos that we wanted. We would highly recommend this company to any couple considering a beach wedding.

Gulf Beach Weddings was very easy to work with and always responded within an hour of any questions or concerns that I had. They were wonderful to work with. 4 stars because they did mess up my wedding colors, but they were so friendly and everything looked so great anyways, I didn't even mind much. They also rushed my wedding pictures to get done for me early because of this and paid for the rush for me. Do the blessing stones, it was a beautiful piece to add to the ceremony. Overall a great experience.

When speaking to the staff over the phone to inquire about the service.very personable, friendly convincing it will be a super day. Unfortuneatley not all that Good.they pay no attention to detail.you would think they will. Staff in charge super young.eager to be done! No wine glases.no mic, could not hear the officiant or the sax.
This is an expencive service.you would think they would at least said or advice that live music in a busy beach was not a good idea.the recomendations would had help. I guess it wasent about the couple happy day but about there payday. The MOST sadest part was there photographer (ccs Photography). All pictures RUINED! Too far, lots of shadows (funny.but cried my eyes out). Even the pothographers shadow shows in the pictures.no special moments captured.amature! An I-phone took better puctures.all they had to say was SORRY. Do your research. It took me 13 years to get married an nothing to show or great to share about it.
Its Sad.a time I cant recreate or bring back!
