I was a walk in (no appointment) customer for license renewal. They moved the line rather quickly. It only took me 3 hours to get my license renewed as there were 65 walk in customers ahead of me in line. They opened at 8 am today and I was there by 7: 15 am. I suggest you get there at least 2 hours before they open in order to be further ahead in the line than I was.

Honestly speaking whom ever says they have a good experience at a Dmv most work there or have been paid to write the reviewDMV agencies employees are not only rude but not well educated because they think they are entitled because they work for the government

Trying to make an appointment on line 2 days. Can not make any appointment.calling the number no answer. Need to fixed the website ASAP. We are paying for it.

Surprised at how efficient there were. I was in and out within 20 mins. The online, and phone resources are very difficult to get any answers, but coming here made the process much more simple.

Everyone hates dade county government, whether it's public transportation, the police department, or the DMV included.this particular location i haven't gone but i needed to change my address and that's what the website offers, doing so online.once i click that option it no longer is available, just "license replacement or renewal". Their phone number is in service but NO ONE ever answers, you're on hold for less than 10 minutes and then suddenly hung up on.i've been here all my life and i constantly find something new to be upset about whenever it comes to county services.absolutely ridiculous

Outrageous. They make you stand in a line in the sun and don’t allow you to ask questions before you’ve made the line; 70% would get denied because of lack of documents (maybe if we could ask before waiting 2 hours in a line we’d have time to get those papers). Not only that but I’ve had to come here three times only for them to keep changing what they wanted from me. Really dissatisfied with the service in this location, literally a waste of time to come to this location

Just Amazing! Julia and the Cashier at coral reef location was a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend this location. I walked in and the staffs there was waiting to assist you. They all had smiles on their faces. Would definitely go back to this location don't care how far I have to drive to get there I will be there. Thank you all!

I love this DMV locations great customer service and staff very professional even the I have to travel 30 to 45 m from home I preferred this location thank you keep the great job and professionalism

It's so sad to have your own people treating others like they are superial. The manager a black African at this place needs to educate her self how to talk to human beings she is very rude to people she needs to learn how to deal with the public.

Instructors for driving tests are decent. Very long wait. The lady at the "information" desk is the ruddest I have ever encountered.

This location has people waiting outside in the heat! People such as myself have health problems that can not withstand such heat! It is really cruel to have people standing in such heat! They do not even offer the people water this is a crime

Terrible service! Twenty people in line, the information desk lady is not even servicing anyone, just seating there chewing a gum! Horrible! Waiting in line for an hour now.

These ppl work really fast for a dmv. I was in and got out in no time. Also if you plan to come on a Saturday, come way before 8am because the lines are huge.

I was so happy, there was no line when I got there as soon as I walked in there was a lady leading the lobby, I already had a paper for the information counter and was given a number. I sat down less than 5 minutes my number was called; a very nice gentleman helped me and everything went smoothly. I spend less than 30 minutes in this location.
Very organized, fast and error free!

My experience in this DMV department locatiom was really great, the staff was quick to address me and answer questions. My entire visit lasted less than 35 minutes without no delays.

Be advised, first timers trying to get a new license might be longer wait. But this place has lesser waiting time than others.

Visited on 3/28/18; Long lines; like in the old days! Spent 2 1/2 hours in line and still had more wait time.

Fastest service ever in a DMV. I will only come here from now on. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provided all the information I needed for my wife, oldest son and myself. In and out in about 20 minutes.

Horrible I checked online and called to see what I needed and the lady at the office was to lazy to do her job so they lie to you.never go here

Excellent! On Jan. 31 I arrived at 9: 10AM without an appointment to renew my license, and I was out at 10: 05AM with license in hand. The staff was quick and courteous, and the location, although small, is very well organized.
