25The idiots don't know what the do or don't do at the office. After waiting 10 mins in information line and telling them why I'm here they told me to sit down. Than after an hour when I got to the desk I was told they can't help me
I went to the DMV to change my name on my license, and i was dreading even thinking about the line, waiting and customer service im usually given with tired workers. Anyways, as soon as i walked in i was in line anout 2 minites, then i was greeted by Darling who was assisting the line verifying everyone had all the right information to expedite processing. Not only was it smart, she was very nice and professional which made the whole experience a pleasure. I usually font write reviews, but this was necessary.
Had such a great experience at this DMV. Everyone was so friendly and funny. It was very organized. The cashier that helped us out was hilarious! Not a bad 1.5 hours.
Aa positive experience from beginning to end. The line moved quickly, even with no appointment. Kathryn Layne was my examiner. She was professional, engaging, and positive. If you are looking to renew, replace, or get a new driver's license, don't hesitate and use this office.
This location is awesome! I passed my driving test today and this was in part because the examiner Julio was NICE, very PROFESSIONAL and so PATIENCE with me. I also want to congratulate the rest of the staff very professionals and respectful. I was in and out in less than 1 hour
