Horrible service! Waiting in line 3 hours and then they said system is down! And again new appointment!

Staff was rude. They don’t know their own rules. 2 hours waiting for nothing! We had appointment, but had to wait in line for two hours!

Staff were marvelous. They seemed to help everyone pretty quickly but you must have an appointment. And as they directed me to go online to do so I realized they have an almost month long wait. So save yourself a trip and go online before going to book an appointment.

This License Place Located at Pembroke & University Drive Across from Perry Airport is a PIG CORRAL " the Parking Lot has Trash All Over the Place. How About a placing some Trash Cans so people can placed their Trash in IT!

Very busy, by appointment only. If u have an appointment, expect to spend little over 1 hour. They are efficient considering the pandemic.

Unbelievable! Had an appointment and waited outside for over an hour. Once I got in, they told me they couldn't do what I needed because it was almost 5. Absolutely unbelievable!

Just the worst service ever i been going to this place for along time and man I'm telling you if you can go somewhere else do it cause I was so disappointed on the fact the supervisor of the place was very rude and the other employee was the same what shame i will not be going to this place again.

Staff are all cool and friendly but the only problem is that this place is too small.when it rains and we have a long line outside its not cool to enter a cold place after getting wet cause there's is not enough space inside.they should build a roof covering and add benches outside then people wont be so upset for waiting so long outside.

This is by far the worst drivers license office, the wait time can be up to 2 hours with a line that stretches to the street. The state of Florida has closed so many offices which diverts the public to this one office in Pembroke Pines. The office on County Line road was closed and they have recently closed the one in Opa Locka on May 25. This office deserves no star.

This place is terrible. Line is endless. I came here at 7.30 a.m. And it's almost 11 I'm still waiting outside. We just stuck. About 40 min haven't moved even inch. Crazy. We are staying just on the sun, hit is crazy. The guy in front of me just got sunstroke and fell. Worst dmv Ive ever seen. Stay away! Even if you need something stay away! You better wait for appointment.

Practically every single person who works there is just angry, bored and speaks horribly to everyone with no respect at all. If you are unable to schedule an appointment and you don’t arrive first thing, you have to wait in the boiling hot for over an hour and then wait about another hour inside before being spoken to like you were a piece of chewing gum on the bottom of their shoes whist they begrudgingly deal with your issue. A truly awful experience.

Worst Experience Ever got there at 4: 00 and they said they are closed for the Day when the sign clearly said 5: 00pm and the African Lady Started Yelling at me Saying I don’t Care what you need we are closed

If i could i’d give it a negative score, i took my drivers license test and passed and came here to get my license and i went through a whole process and they ended up giving me my learners permit AGAIN.terrible service, these people don’t know how to do their jobs, i highly advise taking the time to go somewhere else because anywhere is better service than what these lazy people give

Awful location. Long lines, slow service, nasty attitudes from overweight females who walk slow and write slow and talk slow and give you attitude if you act anyways other than extremely glad to see them they double down on their attitude and slowness. The State department obviously cares very little because this place has been this way for years, and the ladies there just get fatter and slower. I cant rate this low enough. One star is too generous.

Went there to renew my driver license, i got there at 8: 15am and i was out the door by 10: 30am, if you have all the docs you needs, you will be in and out quick, staff very friendly.

Yes, the lines are long. Get there at the right time and the line thins out. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice people working, as I used to go to Hialeah 20 years ago. People were so rude back then. Never a bad experience in P. Pines.

The best DMV that I have ever been to, in and out with in a hour and a half. That includes waiting in line. Have all you documents and you will be out fast.

Was there at 7am and walked out after renewing my drivers license at 9: 30am although the place opens at 8: 30 am. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
