27I would have given a zero star if possible. The female manager there is very unfriendly and acts like she owns the place. I had a very bad experience when i went there after staying on the line for 2 hours early in the morning. I can't believe this is an office in the United states.
This place is the worst very slow the line is wrap around the corner outside the elderly sit outside in the heat and the rain. This place is small and been there for years need to make this place bigger to accommodate the fast growing south Florida. This is my first and last time coming to this location. I was here @ 8: 15am just to get my son his ID it is now 10: 36 and we just made it through the door a all day event please don't come here run from here I tell you runnnn.
This small, inefficient and crappy DMV is run terribly and many of the people working there are incredibly rude. Save the aggravation and go elsewhere!
I never go here. The building is SO small there for.if it is AT ALL busy (which it ALWAYS IS) you’re forced to wait outside. My advice is either go EARLY (I mean like wake up and BE there at 6-6: 30am) or go an hour or two before they close!
Worst DMV office I’ve been to. They don’t even want to listen to you to better answer your questions or guide you. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give zero star
Crazy long line I'd advise to go early before it opens and even before the sun rises lol. It's the DMV what do you expect? Bring water you will need it. Also I suspect that their system is not up to date so everything crashes and it's super slow. Where are our taxes going?
Go there after 3PM. There were a few people in line. I stood in line at around 3: 45PM. I was out by 4: 30PM with a replacement DL.
