Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Orange Park FL

Ok, if you got small kids and are tired of McDonald's, this is the place to go, the"double burger" was paper thin! Potato stick fries, it's a preference. I used to like them in a can when I was a child, I spent 28 bucks with my son but still left thinking about burger king! The custard machine should have had a shield around it, just for safety, or hair, or germs.

Mm mm! Grilled cheese was out-of-this-world. Besides that, you won't find a friendlier staff, or a cleaner kitchen.anywhere! How you gonna cut someone's pay when they ask for less hours? Then, continue working them full time? Will correct to 5 stars when Mr. Brownose leaves!

The Burgers caught me off guard first time eating their. Was very surprised and impressed of the food. I ordered the Jalepeno Pepperjack Steak Burger with fries. Really satisfied with the food. The customer service was great and the food is made on spot instead of laying around. Fresh, Hot and on point.

Freddys is honestly the best, they have amazing service and staff! Any time I come they deliver with delicious food!

The staff are very friendly. The burgers aren't as good as they used to be. They flatten them so much, they are paper thin and the edges are burnt. Won't go back any more.

Awesome steak burger. I got the number 5 and substituted cheese curds for fries. OMG awesome meal just be ready to spend about $8 to $10. Totally worth it if you don't want BK or Mcdonalds

Food was good. Fried cheese curds and double cheese and bacon burger were good. The food can be best described as a mix between Culver's and Steak and Shake. The beef patties resembled something you would see from steak and shake but I think the patties tasted a bit better. The cheese curds were slightly saltier than I am used to from Culver's in Wisconsin. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The staff even stopped by to ask how things are a few times. Highly recommended if you are looking for semi fast food.

This is a great place to go for hamburgers, hot dogs and fries. Their hamburgers will take you back to the days when hamburgers were cooked on a flat top and squished down with the spatula so the edges got thin and crispy. They also have "concrete" instead of ice cream, and you won't be sorry if you get one of their shakes! I'll warn you now, their shakes are thick and your cheeks will collapse when you first try to suck it up the
straw! If they didn't have their extra wide straws you would have to wait for it to melt before you could drink it.
They have a good kids menu, and they have a special deal for kids. If you buy a t-shirt and they wear it when you go, they get free concrete with their meal. We don't have kids at home any more, but that sure doesn't keep us from enjoying a trip to Freddy's!

I love this place because of the Patty melts are incredible and because of Kassie your employee. She is an incredible employee with a wonderful smile when she works the front register a very cheerful person and knows how to multitask this restaurant needs more employees like her she definitely deserves a raise from whatever she's making

The food was disgusting; burger was burnt, and so were the onions. My bun was a bit soggy, there was no ketchup but there was loads of mustard, my fries were as thin and hard as matches and. I will never visit there again. The best thing was the drink so two stars.

The burger was subpar for me. The chili cheese fries were okay. But with the Jalapeno fry sauce, very good.

If you like your hamburger smashed and crispy that's the place to go

Food is always hot! Made fresh. Clean dining area. Friendly staff. The Freddy's sauce is amazing! Can never go wrong with a milkshake either. One of our go to spots when we are in orange park.

Nice people working there. Very good service. Not your typical fast food restaurant. Oh yeah, and the burgers and custard are tasty!

Went here when it first open, a little pricey but your paying for the quality to do in the end its worth extra couple dollars.

Freddy's frozen custard food is good as hell! There Patty melt is off the chain. Reason for giving three stars. Very pricey for a hamburger joint and the custard in my opinion is not really that good. I personally think a dairy Queen blizzard has them beat by a mile! Please make your own opinions about Freddy's.

Great food and even tho they took 12min to complete an $5 order they apologized and offered a free large drink for the wait
