Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Orange Park FL

The custard is amazing and the food is good but the cleanliness of the restaurant is becoming sub par. There was water overflowing from a sink in the kitchen all over the floor and the vanilla custard machine was not working, the sauce pumps were all empty and the tables were sticky. It was much nicer when it was first opened. Im going to try the town center location next time.

I came in late night barely a half hour before closing the customer service was just as friendly as ever. The crew was happy to be of service and it was a pleasure dining in. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love their custards. But the last 2 experiences have left me somewhat unsatisfied. Really thin ice cream sandwich.they were not like this. No whip or cherry on my concrete. 8 med 3 sm cheese curds for 3.99.: (not happy.

The food was great, the environment and decor was old fashioned cool 50's style The staff was friendly! Store was clean.

I guess I had high expectations coming here maybe perhaps too high but to be honest the food was not that great for the price that I pay I don't particularly like the fries either the hot dogs were okay at best and the thought of having a burger that's flat and burnt just doesn't appeal to me however the service was fantastic just the product was not very good especially for the price paid overall I was disappointed

This place was really good. We came here after a volleyball game at orange park high school and just wanted a quick bite before driving back to yulee. The good was great, fries were great and even though we came in 20 mins before close we were not rushedd and they even held our sundaes until we were finished with our meal. The price was a little steep for a fast food restuarant but the customer service and atmosphere supersede that.

Great burger joint. Shoestring fries are very good and the fry sauces are awesome. The have frozen custard but have yet to try any.

It was ok. Cannot day I’ll be back. The fries were tasty but not what I’m used to as was the burger. Frozen custard is excellent.
Staff here are friendly and facility is clean. Always a sign of good management and staff.

Really enjoyed our visit to Freddy's. Food was good and the chocolate banana milkshake was awesome.

Really super frozen custard concoctions. Hamburgers, hot dog, chicken sandwiches are super. Fried cheese Curds with a delicious marinara sauce, in a comfortable atmosphere.

Steakburger and custard were great. Young adults working at custard section were pretty good but need to learn to make eye contact with customer I stead of shoving order at people. Also tables were a little dirty and had not been wiped off recently. Also with a full restaurant it was like a meat locker in there. Alot of people were opting to sit outside it was so cold and people were complaining about how cold it was. All in all it was good and we will be back.

OMG. The burger was great, the cheese fries had more than enough sauce and the drinks were perfect. If you want a great diner style burger, stop on in. Next time I will get a shake. I was just too stuffed with just the burger and fries.

Amazing service and the food was very good. I would love to find a store like this where we live.
The custard was tasty and very creamy, and the hamburgers were cooked to perfection. I will continue to eat at this restaurant the entire time I am here.

Very friendly and well trained employees. Made my experience enjoyable. The food is made very well. My first time there I had a cheeseburger and the second time I had a Chicago Dog. Not quite on the money but close and very good. Quick and priced reasonable. Reminds me of back in the 50's and 60's. Don't miss this place.

I was pleasantly surprised how well the food tasted. The burgers, the fries, and the frozen custard were all spot on. It loses a star for price though. It's still fast food, it shouldn't cost the price of a sit down meal.

Stopped on the way to Melbourne Beach, spent our 4 days with food poision. Love Freddy's, just not this one

Horrible burger! Dry over cooked and so thin that even with two of their burger patty’s it’s still wafer thin.
Frys taste good like fries should. Facility looked clean at first glance, but under closer review their were many unoccupied tables had food waste still evident and seat chairs were also greasy in appearance.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE NOT WORTH EATING AT. YOU'LL BE WAITING FOREVER (15 MINUTES +) FOR A BURNT SANDWICH WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE A JUNGLE IN THE KITCHEN WITH EMPLOYEES ARGUING AND PLAYING. THE CUSTARD ALWAYS MELTS TO FAST AND EVERYTHING IS OVER PRICED GOOD LUCK GOING THERE TO EAT I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR FOOD AND EXPERIENCE. LMFAO THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

The the food tasted great and the service was even more amazing. There was a minor mistake with my order and when i brought it to the attention of the man at the counter he apologized and had a new order made for me in no time. I love this place and will be returning soon.

Order the California Burger, got to wafer-thin dried out pieces of meat that look nothing like the picture. It was like eating a couple of strips of beef jerky on a bun.
