32I have a wonderful Experience at this location specially with Cory kee He is Amazing honest and fair I been different 4 dealerships finally I meet Cory and he find out my truck problems thank you for all your help and I strongly recommend for everyone to come at this location and get a true and genuine help!
Always have to wait to pick up parts. Crazy slow, maybe get more help? They really just stare at you and make you guess which one is not busy. There is no type of order when waiting in line, people skip you and they don't do anything about it.
Our Sprinter bluetec fell under the emissions recall. We made an appt 30 days in advance for April 30 at 8am with Steve. Was a 3 hour drive to get to the nearest qualified dealer. We were on time.but Steve had quit and failed to put our appointment in the books or erased appointments? We waited 11.5 hours for a job that should have been under 4 hours. Apparently the tech had broke a part off our vehicle and had to take that part from another vehicle to replace ours. We left at 7: 30 pm. No loner vehicle, no where to walk for lunch. Had to buy water and snacks from a vending machine. Although they apologized and were very polite, it was not something anyone should have to experience ️ We did not even get a print out of the work performed as it was after hours in that dept. Have called over 3 times to ask for a hard copy to mailed.still waiting. Today I called Mercedes CS to intervene and hopefully we will receive.
How bad the service as well as their customer service.
The Sales Manager and his Salesperson, both are liars, they offer what they will never fulfill, they both have no man word.
I do not recommend this Dealer.
I bought, repaired and, do any management in another Dealer but, if you need parts, ask for Mr. "Angel" he is a professional, attentive and very kind.

No recomiendo esté Dealer. Compré, reparé y, haga cualquier gestión en otro Dealer pero, de necesitar partes, pregunte por el Sr. "Angel" él es todo un profesional, atentó y, muy gentil.
Worse dealership, i have been on different dealer all over the country but this places deserve less than 1 start, charge me for service that wasn’t done and keep my truck for a one week and couldn’t find nothing, took truck to a small Mecanic shop and fixed in less than 2 hours.
While talking to the guy who washes their parts department Fleet in Tampa, we discussed what an excellent place this is. The guy was doing a great job washing their fleet and mentioned that they are one of the best companies to work for. I told him that we have always been satisfied with the service here. So I decided to give them a five star review. This place is the best.
Tried charging 4.5hrs for simple starter change on a 2004 Western Star. Also this place charged me the highest labor rate per hour that I’ve ever been charged.
We took our RV here and had our chassis inspected, oil and filters changed, headlight repaired, hydraulic flu8d checked, stairs replaced and generator serviced. Service was fast and friendly. They delivered on what they promised and even rep, aced the AC knob without us asking or being charged. I would definitely recommend this place!
We had engine trouble while on the road in RV. Contacted Mike Schwartz who got us in quickly. Dan Jones our service tech diagnosed our issue within two hours. Dan made temporary repair so we could use the coach, staying in the area. Parts have to be ordered. As soon as they arrive we got a call from Mike who asked if we could get the coach to him within an hour. On the way there, Chassis A/C quit working. Dan fixed both issues and had us on the road by 5: 45PM. Great shop, service and really friendly people.
The worst service ever. Do not go to this place. One lady in the service department was on her cell phone as I waited for her to acknowledge me. They will charge you 1000 dollars to diagnose something you told them is the problem. Horrible service!
Took our Freightliner Truck in for repairs and had more issues with it when it was repaired then before it went in there. Please don't take your trucks here go somewhere else if I could give it a less of a rating I would.
Best place to get your RV and semi fixed from oil changes to engines to axles bumper to bumper care
Customer service is outstanding, getting repaired will take a long time. Was there for 4wks to have work done on dpf system and a wheel seal fixed. They are very slow with getting you out. I am an owner operator, so I approved everything from the start and it took 4weeks. So if you go there be prepared to sit from 3 days to weeks.
Great service warranty repairs handled quickly on our new RV transmission. Staff and technicians all friendly and helpful. Mostly semi truck sales and service, but several RVs were around the service bays. Easy access off 301, close to I-4.
0 stars is more accurate. Misinformation, inflated labor hours and zero communication with the customer unless we called. Worst experience.ever!
We have spent a lot of time and money at this facility. Overall we have been satisfied with service, communication, price and parts purchased at this location.
The dealer make it really hard for a new transport busines, with good credit intending to buy a used truck freightliner 2013 priced in $44900 and the financing asks for 50% of the sale as down payment.
Place is seriously busy.good work, but you'll wait for it.they need to hire and expand their services department to stay up with services demands.prices were normal for parts and labor.
Had recall on my Western Star and they got me in and back out on the road in an hour and a half.
Worst freightliner I have ever been to. Communication is non existent. Service people are very rude. They cannot meet their deadlines. They don't care about their customers whatsoever. They drag on their repairs forever. After all repairs are done they make you wait hours for a simple road test. I would rather drive a broken truck than use these people.
