Freightliner of Tampa - Tampa Truck Center

The worst service ever I took my Freightliner van in to have the ball joints looked at and the tie rod ends replaced they told me I needed everything struts as well I just had those replacedI told them to take it off the left I’m leaving they are ripping everybody off. I showed up at 7 AM they took my truck and I was still there at noon and they said they’re just starting to work on it

Yes very slow to get work done, a/c in bunk still doesn't work I guess it's time to take it to a real shop to get it fixed, did I mention I'm talking about a 2017 western star 5700xe

Worst phone system in the world. Transferred 10 times just to pay for my order. Cashier & parts department don't talk to each other. Happens EVERY time!

Terrible!
Over priced, charged for work that should have been covered by warranty. At check in, I verified they were an Oasis service center (10% off). At check out, was told that they were not. Argued and got the discount.
Find somewhere else to go.

Had an appoint for 9 a.m. Guy said 2hrs. At noon they said not yet. At 12: 30 told me they would have estimate ready soon. Estimate? Had 9 a m appointment to change oil on generator! Finally got out @ 2: 30 p.m. At least they are expensive!

I was on hold for the parts department for 45mins. 3 times they answered saying please hold. Eventually I called someone else. Maybe get some more employees to take calls.

Most of the visit to this location is very quick and always they have the parts that I'm looking for.

This is THE BEST truck dealer in it’s class. I personally know the owner and the management team. All of them are incredible people.

It's a good place to visit, But if you have work that has to B done there WILL B A WAIT. Not good when you need to have those wheels turning to make money.

So far you suck. Almost 7 minutes on hold. Why do you even answer. Just let it go to vm and totally ignore

Good luck trying to get parts on the phone.i called several times got put on hold for 30 min.then got hung up on to go back to being on hold.so I finnaly called another place.and got. It handled

They do a good job and fixed everything. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay the bill. It seems like it cost more than it should have.
