Galeana Kia reviews
33Sales rep, Dalia is GENUINE, cares about meeting your automotive needs and stays with you every step of the way. Can't say enough good things about her. Heather, in finance, very thorough and competent at her job. The follow up, which Zack covered on Dalia's days off, was seamless and handled as well as all other aspects of the transaction. I highly recommend Galeana to anybody searching for a vehicle. They go the extra miles to make sure things work out.
Zach was amazing honestly I will be coming back whenever I need cars. The experience compared to fuccilo kia was night and day. Me and my family chose to wait outside in the rain then be inside with the loud music where we would have to yell just to get a word in. At galeana they were call sat us down and worked with us and in the end actually got me into a brand new car! Never go to fuccilo go to galeana.
Everyone is so sweet and very helpful, Joey g. Helped us get our new family vehicle and was very knowledgeable and sincere, I highly recommend Galeana.
Stopped by for some quick service on my KIA.very efficient and friendly, got me on my way quickly. Much better than other KIA dealerships in the area.
Callef was told the were open until 6 drove from Immokalee just to fimd out the close at 2 ive never had any luck with any kia dealership
They really helped us when the car we towed behind our motor home died. Got set up with a manual 2014 Kia Soul. Even installed the Blue Ox tow plate and a bike hitch. Thanks guys! Our salesman was Kostien.
Shane was great. Went out of his way to take care of us. Also gave us a plan for future services with prices so we can plan.
My wife and I drove from Bradenton to look at a 2012 Dodge Caravan you had for sale. Dahlia Epstein waited on us. We don't usually write reviews but, Mrs. Epstein was such a pleasure to work with, we wanted to let you know how lucky you are to have her in your employ. We ended up buying the Dodge Caravan and, we are extremely pleased with it. Thank you, Dahlia, for all your help, patience and kindness, William and Jayne Frazee
Rob was a fantastic salesman. Got me a great deal on a nice Jeep, definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! And ask for Rob, you won’t regret it.
My visit to Galeana was very pleasant. I was greeted promptly & the service was completed with expectancy. Since I have a walking issue, the representative met me at the payment office, explained the details of the service completed then walked with me to my car at the front entrance. He even had the car cool for me which is a really thoughtful jester given our hot temperatures. I am most happy with the service rendered & the care the representative showed me. Thank you.
Sales personnel awsome keep up the good work.service department really need to stop it up poor attitudes and communication
It was an excellent experience everyone was super gentlemen. The salesman went out of his way to be as helpful as anyone can be. Very pleased.
I showed up after Hurricane Irma to purchase a car. I had heard an ad on the radio that you could lease two cars for the price of one and that they would give you $1000 more for your trade than anyone else. I found out that this was false advertising as when I arrived the salesman told me they weren’t offering a deal like that. The salesman was extremely rude. He didn’t tell me his name or ask what I was looking for, he simply asked how much I was willing to spend and brought out a used Nissan. I was there to trade in my Nissan and this dealer is next door to a Nissan dealer, if I had wanted another Nissan I would have gone there! Anyway, I asked for my keys back (they had taken them to appraise my vehicle) and the salesman refused to return my keys. The manager finally intervened and asked me what I was looking for. I test drove a car and they tried to sell me the car in a color I didn’t want because they had 50 in that color. I again asked for my keys with intentions to go to another dealer. I was refused my keys again until I made a deal on a lease with the manager. I did not receive any more on my trade than it was worth and to top it all off when I showed up to get my car I was presented with paperwork and told they made a mistake on my original and that I had to sign again. Come to find out it was actually paperwork for me to be the owner on my sister’s car! I was told I couldn’t pick up my car until I signed this paperwork so now I’m stuck with two cars from these crooks and one is depending on a flaky relative who seldom pays her bills on time. Last week I took the car in to get my first oil change. The whole reason I went for a brand new car was to avoid service costs. Come to find out that you have to pay additional money in your lease to get free service on your vehicle but no one told me this when I was purchasing the car. I would NEVER recommend Galeana for sales, but their service department is friendly and fast.
