Disappointed in ribs. Sauce was bitter. French onion soup was canned and salty. Not worth the money. Sports bar environment.

We regularly go here with a big group with a good experience. Tonight, it was just me and my daughter. But since a family of 4 came in, the waitress was quick to grab them without even asking who was first (even though I was in front of them). After sitting and taking their drink order, she proceeded to come get us and sit us in a completely different section. After never seeing the waitress, we were done. The place was empty. This is not hospitality or customer service. If the days doesn't care about our presence, I don't care to go back.

The wings are totally overpriced. Silver priced I decided to YouTube how to make chicken wings from scratch and now I will never overpay again thank you gators dockside for showing me a better way.

I ordered some nachos and wings via Grubhub. The order was placed at 5: 50 to be received at 6: 46. At 6: 54 I was notified that the order was canceled. Hungry and frustrated, I placed the order again for pick up. I picked it up at 7: 30, came home and was extremely disappointed withe the poor excuse of what they now call nachos. Tortilla chips with only drips of wac, sour cream and a side of melted cheese. I returned them and I was given a steak quesadilla as replacement. Huge waste of my time and horrible way for them to cut cost. Gators re-think your weak nachos, they are not worth the price. Never going back again, today you lost a customer.

The food quality and taste is hard to beat. I was shickwd how good it was.was not expecring that at all.

Great service like always! Third time coming here. Wings were great, service was evem better. Recommend getting your wings grilled, much better flavor.

I didn't really care for this place. Manager worked really good with us, since we were unhappy, he was a very nice guy. When we walked in we weren't acknowledged until the girl got off the phone. Im pretty sure they only had 2 waiters with a good bit of people in there. I'm definitely not returning.

This place is a typical American bar food type place. Good place to watch the games, get beer and some game food. They have little games for the kids so of course my kids think it’s the coolest place in the world. Definitely not the place for a healthy meal lol. But, it’s an old faithful for the beer and wing people!

Would of been nice to have tried it called twice first time was placed on hold for over 5 mins called back and call was merged and somebody else order was took before the call disconnected

Wings came out cold, then they put it in a microwave and brought it back to us, very disgusting. I will never go there ever again!

Use to be my go to place after work when I was at publix. They took away all but 1 pool table which made me sad. Food was great drinks a little weak but was good.

I do love theyre wings although theyre price has gotten to be too expensive for me its not like it used to be. But all in all a good experience.

We went a couple of years ago and loved it! Now went with the kiddos and it was just as amazing! Great food and service!

I can honestly say that not all of my expierences at gators have been good ones. But I will definitely be requesting Leigh Ann on my next visit! Greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, and attentative! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Everything was good. There was a lot of us so we really couldn't enjoy ourselves as much as we could have but overall it was pretty good.

The Bingo was pretty cool but the wings were cold. When they were warmed up the sauce became very salty and garlicky. Not hot.

This place has very slow service, when my food finally came out it was cold and they take for ever to bring your next wing order. I would not recommend this restaurant.

One of the best gators! Dont go on monday all i want all the wings for myself hahahahaha! Good experience love it!

This location has problem with taking orders over the phone. I have been hung up on multiple occasions. Terrible business. I do not recommend
