Order wasn't right after 3x being sent back. Manager didn't seem confident about his responses. Stop rushing orders. Orders should be right when they come out. No matter how long it takes.

The food was great and service was too. Loved the family environment and entertaining sports on the tons of LCD TV's

Kids eat free night was a disaster. Two of my entrees were messed up. Sweet potato fries were extremely old. My waitress was awesome

I've been coming to various Gator's Dockside restaurants for years and have observed how it's changed over these years. I visit this particular Gators because it is relatively close to my home. The service staff is friendly and competent, however as the menu has expanded Through The Years so has the quality of the food. The grilled wings, once a staple in my diet, have been lackluster over my past several visits and I have been disappointed by nearly every Seafood dish that I've ordered. Unfortunately this seems like another case of a once great restaurant that has gotten away from its core competencies and is suffering from a more corporate, profit-driven structure.

Our waitress is amazing! However, sitting here for over 40 minutes waiting on our food and only have our waitress apologing. Management is no where to be found. No respect for their customers or there time! I usually love it here but think this is my last visit.

The place was wonderful, went with my children for Father's Day. They wanted to try the gator bites, the waitress was the best. She was very nice and efficient

This was my first time here. Sadly wings were cold and my quessadeiila was soggy and greasy. The manager came and apologized and dealt with the issue promptly.

It's OK. Good beer selection. Prices aren't bad but aren't great either. Food is your typical bar fare.

I called twice attempting to place a to go order. I was placed on hold without even getting a word out and was hung up on. Called again and placed on hold, again. After waiting for 5 min I hung up. SMH. Horrible customer service.

Great food. You may find yourself there with a compulsive liar that laughs at others misfortunes, but the food and screens will help keep you in denial while she texts 5 other dudes she plans on sleeping with the minute you leave. One truth you can bank on tho is that the gator tail will be better prepared than the trophy you snagged on your last trip down. And that's the truth!

Its ok. A lot of fried and pre-prepared food. Floor super nasty. Bar scene. Kids choices are not very healthy. Friendly enough staff. They were not friendly to my coupon though.

Great for wings and other selections.sports bar atmosphere but more of an overall family friendly place.

Great food! But for Gods Sake.this place needs a serious make-over and/or cleaning! The floors are sticky and nasty, tables and chairs are old and dingy, the fixtures, tv's and window sills are dirty and covered in dust bunnies. I eat here probably once or twice a month and I see the same filth every time I come here. I am a little surprised that the health department hasn't done anything about it yet.

Good food, friendly staff, and nice overall atmosphere for a sports bar. It's a good place to be with friends, talk, and watch sports.

The manager and waitress obviously didn't want any blacks there on June 13,2018. I went to the bathroom and the manager put some whites at my table after someone else had told them I was in the restroom. All the whites received service with a smile. I was asked what you want, the menu is over there at the other table.

Both food and service are hit and miss. Too bad because the place itself is great layout-wise. Plenty of TVs, pool table, arcade, bar, different seating sections etc.

Went to the all you can eat wing night and it was a nightmare, very incompetent staff. All six meals were comped but, still a very incompetent staff.
