35I just left the Gator-Tec store 5 minutes ago. I have never been more frustrated and exhausted with poor customer service in my life. The lady that was ‘helping” me was terrible and rude. I was told by Apple to take my iPad there to be repaired or replaced since they are a “Premier” location. What a bunch of bull. They wouldn’t entertain anything that I had to say and cut me off midsentence several times when I asked to speak to the manager the lady next to her spoke up and said I am the manager and we can’t help you. I drove two hours to get to the location in Gainesville after being assured by AppleCare that this location would be able to explain what was going on and either repair or replace the iPad. Not only did they not care they didn’t even try. It’s almost like they’re making enough money that they don’t need any new customers or any new business. If you are reading this and deciding whether to go to the store take my advice and go anyplace but this store. Also, I see all of the other negative reviews of this place and I see the answers that the store gives when they receive a negative review. Please don’t patronize me with one
Gator Tec is awesome. They where in expensive and fast. They got a replacement phone the next day for us. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks
Jacob and Rob are AWESOME! Thought for sure all my data was gone and they went WAYYH ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my screen working temporarily to get my data backed up! Saved me HOURRSSS worth or redesigning and Unreplaceable photos!
My computer got hacked, and I was literally about to lose it. They were extremely kind and they did everything they could to help me! I am super thankful to them!
A break in their process has led to a very disappointed customer. Very avoidable if they follow there own process. Eric was very apologetic when I called this morning to figure everything out.
I was extremely frustrated with my phone situation, but Jacob was able to help me with everything I needed super quickly. Definitely left a lot happier than I arrived!
I came in to fix my cracked Iphone 8 plus and I believe her name was Christina who helped me intially, she was great. It seemed she might have been one of the newer employees there and told me a certain price to fix my phone that I didn't like so I was getting ready to leave, but luckily it was a mistake and she quickly called me back and said she was sorry and told me the real price which was way way better. I am glad Pearl was there to help her out sometimes to get the best customer service you need the best employees to be able to help each other out and I'm glad Gator Tech has the employees who can work together to make sure customers are satisfied. And thank you Pearl for helping me out when I needed to get my 2 step authorization code after I left for another Apple device I was using temporarily. You're the best and deserve a raise!
Had to have my Macbook Pro screen fixed because it had cracked. The customer service was great and they also fixed my keyboard as some keys were not working properly. Turnaround time was just as they said. Definitely Will use again, if needed.
Had a great experience with GatorTec today. Had a problem with search engine malware. The tech that helped me, Daniel, was awesome. He didn't make me feel stupid, he checked everything possible, he had me download free software to protect my computer, her recheck everything after running the software and fixing a problem, He spent a good half hour or more with me. NO CHARGE. He did't try to sell me anything. He could have since I was clueless. Please give them a try, you will be very pleased.

This relieved the distraction and caused the process to be no longer delayed with precise, steady, calm, and communications that makes a difference that it caused tears to experience such high quality attention that did fit the need at the time. I went in today to get more information about Apple care and Maneesh was super helpful! He greeted me right when I walked in and was very nice. I ended up buying the gator guard too after he explained how useful it would be. I’m definitely going back for whatever Apple issue I have to see Maneesh.
This has been a rewarding experience. Pearl actually took the time to assist me with my i pad. She was also encouraging because I kept downing myself because I could not give her the information because I lost most of it. Thanks to her she really made my day! Hats off to her. Thanks soooooo much for allowing her to assist me.
I was helped within 5 minutes. Gus was very professional, friendly and efficient. Store is clean and organized. Very favorably impressed.
When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by the staff behind the counter. I was helped my Marc and he guided me through my iPhone problems. He factory rest my fone and was very helpful with answering all my questions. I was pleased with the customer service that Marc gave me.
We were afraid we would have to buy my wife a new iPhone$$$ but Pearl saved the day! She was so nice and helpful! And even helped us that if they could not fix it we could get a new iPhone from Apple! But they fixed in about 20mins! Gator Tec is awesome!

I have used Gator Tec several times over the years. I have had nothing but the best experiences everytime. The employees are helpful and honest. They try to fix your problem without charging anything. Yesterday Daniel helped me with my iPad. Fifteen minutes later it was fixed and would not let me pay him anything. I will continue to use Gator Tec with all my computer issues.
I contacted GatorTec because the hinge on my MacBook Pro was loose. The salesperson told me I needed to purchase a new screen which would cost $400 plus labor. (I took my computer to another shop and they replaced the hinge for $75.) Do not trust what these people say!
This location was very helpful in recovering my iPhone. Mark was very informative and gave me a step by step process on how to reset and recover my phone now and for in future cases.
