GatorTec - Apple Premier Partner, Gainesville FL

My MacBook Pro had gotten chipped at a corner of the screen. The screen wasn't able to work so I had to look for a quick replacement for school. At first there was a "4 business day" period to know, but this whole process of identifying, fixing, and my Apple Care under Apple was all done two days after I brought it in.

Daniel was a huge help with our locked up iPhone. He not only got it working again, but saved all of the data too. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place. There are excellent repair phone places like cell Xchange who charge way cheaper than this place. A million thanks to Best buy Geek squad for processing my so called disassembled phone claimed by GatorTec jack a**. No questions, fast repair from Apple support of course. I got a new phone after 3 to 4 days! MANY MANY THANKS BEST BUY! Geek squad.

I took my iPhone 5 here after evil Apple killed it. It was loaded with precious photos and videos of my kids' first trip to Disney, the Christmas when we got our puppy, just lots of sweet memories. I had already taken the phone to 2 other stores in Gainesville and Orlando and both told me nothing could be done. I'm so glad I took it to GatorTec before throwing it away. They were able to power it up and download all of the memories within an hour. Great place!

I have not had any problems with this group of people, Austin is the best, they have been very nice to me when I needed them - done everything I have asked them to do for me great job guys.
