32Justin Comer is the man to see, helped me trade my truck is for a fair price and get me into a brand new 2021 Silverado 2500 HD. Quick and easy process along with quick response including pictures of the trucks interior and exterior along with a video. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, wasn’t pushy and did everything I asked. Look forward to doing more business at George Moore because of Justin.
Very nice and accommodating. I drove 40 miles, to this dealership. I bought the Equinox at this dealer. Got here at 7 am, out by 9: 45, did not have an appointment. Left got about 2 miles, 4 alarm signals went off, they told me bring it back. Probably a misfire. Mike fixed it and I was back on road by 10. Thanks.
07/12/21 They guys were very nice and professional. The wait times are not good. This is why I will be going back to Coggin Chevrolet. I go to GM because it's closer to my house. Coggin provides coffee and cleans car after service. Those little things are appreciated.
BAD EXPERIENCE at GEORGE MOORE CHEVROLET! I greatly appreciate BUICK GMC of GAINESVILLE! This is the team took care of everything without the run around. After a bad experience at George Moore in Jax, I talk to the manager at BUICK GMC in Gainesville and explained that I am a couple of hours away from the dealership and want to make sure in advance that the purchase deal is ready to sign before I leave the house because my current vehicle not driving well. He made sure everything was taken care ahead of time and I picked up a great GMC Terrain ~ I got 5 x's less interest than George Moore was charging AND received 5 x's more on my trade in than George Moore was offering. GO TO BUICK GMC for great customer service! The team at George Moore knew as well I was having vehicle issues (and it drove worse after they looked at it for trade in value) and still had me drive 1.5 hours in the rain 1 way for the run around. What time and customers they waste simply by not being goal oriented but game oriented instead.
Going into the car buying process for the first time, I was very nervous. I had heard numerous stories from family members and friends about them having salesmen con them out of extra money during the buying process. Therefore, I went into the dealership with a bad mind set.
Shortly after arriving to the Chevy dealership, I was greeted by Chris Smith and Kevin. I had been keeping in touch with Chris for a few days about buying a 2021 Chevy Traverse, but I was still skeptical.
After test driving the vehicle and setting down to crunch numbers, I realized very quickly that I was wrong about pre-judging the staff at Chevy.
Chris and Kevin were not only kind, but they also were very honest with me from the start. Both staff members worked diligently to get my payment down to meet my budget. Also, they didn’t pressure me into adding any extended warranties that I didn’t want.
I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but specifically these 2 staff members to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. I will definitely be back to George Moore Chevrolet in the future for any new vehicle purchases I may have.
I took my 2013 Chevy Equinox in to find out what was going on with it. Seth analyzed my vehicle and did let me know it needed a new motor. It was costly. So I had Seth to get my vehicle appraised and connect me with your best sales rep. Just in 24 hours Cody called me and we were able to conversate about me looking into buying a new suv. He knew what I wanted. Saturday I came in and Cody, Charles and Todd hooked me up with my Certified 2019 Chevy Equinox. Thank you to the George Moore Team.

The first car my husband purchased from the dealership we were not happy Todd take care of me and my husband with excellent customer services he exchange the car for one my husband really like.
I took my elderly father-in-law to get an oil change. The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our vehicle was done quickly and we were able to get on with the day. The CSR should also be commended for the great pic of his dog on his desk!
The service I came in for was excellent but I left with damage to car but other than that everything else was good
Military friendly Dealership! I worked with Charles Brownell is sales. He displayed the utmost professionalism, respect, and courtesy. I greatly appreciate Charles’ honestly during our interactions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and reached the best deal possible while purchasing a Silverado. I would recommend Charles to any Military family in the Jacksonville area. This dealership is one to work with if you don’t want to deal with the run-around from the sales department. Kevin Blare and Charles Brownell made sure to make me feel like a valued customer and were worked with my circumstances in these trying times to make a deal work. Charles will put his neck on the line to find you the best deal on your next new Chevrolet. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend! Don’t waste your time at another Chevrolet dealership.
If it wasn’t for Robert Degeorge we would have never thought about buying a truck. Robert paired us with just the right sales man Bill. All and all it was a good experience and we have already recommended a few of our friends to check out the great deals!

Hey I with to George Moore to purchase a truck I was told because the truck I purchased was certified
I call to set up an appointment and confirm that the old change will be free I'm told over the phone that it is
So I go out there this morning and when I go to leave they charge me $75
I had my truck washed And an oil change took 2 hours you should see what they consider washed on my truck they did not do to stop rails or the Rims and tires still have brake dust and Dirt all over
So I have the gentleman come outside in service that help me show him my truck and he told me it was a complimentary wash
I asked if that was a reason to do a 1/2 assed job

My experience with George Moore was a first and last I will never use them for anything again then lie to about everything I've ever had done up there are was promised at time of vehicle purchased absolutely worst customer service run around

Great dealership. Very clear and transparent with everything. Both the salesman Austin and the sales manager Chase made it a great buying experience.
I booked an appointment online and the next day they said the day and time was not available. I called to see what they could do and they said they were short of technicians and that they had an unexpected backlog. I booked for oil change and inspection online elsewhere and everything went smoothly. I don't think I will ever bother to go at this place in the future. They surely know how to lose new customers.
I ordered accessories online and had them delivered to the dealership. When they called to say the parts were in no one mentioned the parts department closes early (6pm vs 8pm like the rest of the dealership). Very inconsiderate.
