Brought my sisters car in and I had to go find someone to talk to me. Then they told me the next appointment was in 8 days! Took the car to Good Year and got right in. Save yourself some trouble and don’t buy a Chevy in the first place since clearly everybody in Jax has to get theirs repaired (checked with other dealers in Jax, and all were booked until the next week). Get yourself a Toyota, Honda, or Nissan. I’ve never had a problem at any of their dealerships.

Don’t trust this dealer. They will say one number, and come back with another that costs a lot more. Stay very far away!

Sales person was rude, hung up on me during a phone call while asking him questions. Called back and reason he hung up on me was because someone walked in he would have rathered help than me.

I come here to have my oil changed in my corvette. Little too low to the ground for me to do it myself. Very professional staff, do excellent work. I've had new tires put on the car here as well. I won't take my car anywhere else

They take your money and claim it's your fault the battery is bad after 30 days of having the car but told me when I went to get it serviced earlier that day there is no way I battery can go that bad after 30 days but you still have to buy a new one. Just terrible. Thanks for nothing but a headache.

Very good but I thought I might need brakes and no mention. 70 K on my brakes. Thought you might have noticed. You did notice air filters which are high profit jobs that I can do in minutes myself. Nice try.

I went in earlier this week to look at a used Chevy Cruze walked out with a 2018 model. Definitely enjoyed my time here and Glenn was amazing and so helpful in getting everything done as quickly as possible. I appreciate y’all. When and if I need another car i will be back.

The overall experience was very good, but wished I had better affordable paying options in regards to the Malibu and Impala. The dealership was very professional and the car salesman, Fitz, he was incredible and very knowledgeable about everything. I would recommend George Moore Chevrolet to my family, friend, or anyone who is interested in buying a car.

I love the 2018 Chevy Camaro I got. Unfortunately, the Salesman and the Sales Manager playes games and lie about everything after they trick you into signing the papers. They are not true to their words about price and rebates. Suggestion, be very wary about these con artists and how they word everything. I wish I could rate the dealership a 0 because of the foolish games they play.
