Goodyear Auto Service Center, Sarasota FL

I've used this Goodyear location for auto service and repair on many of my cars over the time period of the last 8 years. They have always been professional and do not try to sell you services your car doesn't require. I've compared quotes from them for repairs with quotes from other auto repair services for the same repairs and have found their prices to be the same or lower. I highly recommend this Goodyear location.

Consistently good and timely service. Not a constant upsell like some places try to constantly pull.

We had our oil changed and tires rotated at this location on 5/9/2020. Noticed greasy fingerprints on hood and drivers door. Unprofessional but no biggy. We then drove the car 1.5 hrs each way and when we got in the garage, my wife noticed the car smoking. Lifted the hood and this is what we see. No oil cap. Oil all over the motor. Checked dipstick. NO OIL.

Update. Raising from 1 star to 3. Although what they originally did was very unprofessional, the local manager and the company have handled this claim better than expected.

I have used Goodyear at this location numerous times and been thrilled with their professionalism and their work. The most recent being a tough alignment on a lifted truck. They got it perfect the first time, amazing. And the price was right. I'm a life long resident with substantial mechanical skill so I know these things.

The TPMS sensor went off on my wife's car to alert her that there was an issue with a tire. When I called at around 4p they said they would try to get the tire fixed that night but they were booked solid. I explained she had an appointment the next day at 8a and if there was any way to get it fixed she would be ecstatic. I dropped it off at 430p and got a call an hour later to tell me the tire was ready. Richard and the tech Dan really stepped up! THANK YOU

My car need it an alignment & wheel balance, some one recommended this store. Store manager Tim, was very professional and very customer oriented. Great experience overall.

I cannot say enough good things about the people at this location. Driving into town from Illinois we heard a grind near our back tire. Took it in first thing next morning and explained our situation. They found two missing brake caliper bolts. Fixed them that morning. Not only did they fix our issue, but customer service was outstanding. Not only with me, but also with every person that walked in while I was waiting for my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Showed up an hour early for my appointment and they got me taken care of right away on a Saturday! I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up for FREE! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will continue to go here in the future.

I found a nail in my tire and called them to see what they would charge for a plug. They were super helpful and offered to plug it for me free of charge! I am super grateful for their generosity and their expediting this! Now I can take my son to the fair without spending time and money at another shop! I am going to remember this and continue to use them for my automotive needs!
