I don't know why I ever thought to take my car to another shop.
I started bringing my car here years ago when my friend worked at the desk and after having a bad experience at another shop. But moving further away I stopped making the drive and went to a closer shop.
Recently moved back in the area and went to yet ANOTHER shop, after spending almost 800$ they left the job unfinished. I had a friend help me fix what they didn't do.
Now on to Goodyear, I ordered tires and set up an appointment all online the night before. When I came in the tires were there and they were ready for my car. They told me it would be about 2 hours, so I decided to wait, they got it done about 15-20 minutes early, because my time is important. Tim made a few suggestions for other repairs (which I knew there might be only having this car for a short period of time) and I asked if it was safe for me to drive. He went and talked to the technician and told me the additional repairs could wait and he would put together a quote for me when I'm ready to have the repairs done.
If that isn't service, I'm not sure what is. He didn't pressure me to spend more money on that's day while making sure I am safe I'm my car.
I will always take my car there regardless of distance.

I come to sarasota often from Orl to visit the girlfriend. Long distance driving always required. Came into a flat the other day. Coming into Goodyear, not only was the place extremely well maintained, but good coffee as well. Anyways, they showed their hospitality and fixed my flat at no charge. So I definetly would recommend this particular establishment, because of their professionalism and kindness towards anyone whose a walk in.

Store was pretty busy and Tim handled many different tasks while using effective communication skills with his crew. One of the only car guys you can trust within minutes of speaking to him. He always makes sure the customer is satisfied. Great experience overall.

Ran over a nice sized bolt and brought my truck in and Tim and his staff were very professional about helping me. They were quick and efficient! Customer service goes a long way these days! Would definitely recommend this establishment for all your tire needs!

This morning started out rough and to add the stress of the day, I drove over a massive bolt which was quickly deflating my tire. I drove to Goodyear immediately and was greeted with the kindest service mechanics. They patched my tire in less than 15 minutes and didn't even charge me. It was the kindest, most generous gift I could have received (especially with the day I was having) and am forever grateful for their generosity!

Went in for an oil change right as the business opened at 7am. No other customers were there or cars in the service bays. Hungover looking manager at the front desk condescendingly told me they were to busy and that they do work by appointment only and to come back another time.

Wow. Made an appointment for today through their website. I thought how convenient. What a great system. Ha. Just got a voicemail from them saying they’re booked for the whole day and if I come it’s going to be a long time. What terrible customer service. If you don’t honor your own website appointments then you should remove that feature from your website. I won’t be using this company.

Wow what friendly people, did not charge me to fix my flat tire, I will definitely return for future service. Very friendly staff, and very clean, great customer service.
