23Was going from long hair to hella short & i told the lady I wanted to go shorter and do layers and she wouldn't do it, & told me it would look bad. On top of that she was bad mouthing the navy just after I told her my father was in the navy & that I wanted to join. Was totally shocked by the treatment here. They're more focused on how many clients they get than the quality. I won't be back.
I checked in online only to have them take the next person behind me, I said something to the woman who took him she said have a seat someone will be with you shortly. I did not have time to wait which is why I checked in online to begin with I said I am next I am the number 1 on the board she just ignored me so I will not be back.
