I always get in and out in a timely manner. My hygienist is very courteous and gives me tips on how to improve my oral health. The office is clean and things seem to run very well behind the scenes. My original cleaning appointment had to be rescheduled but it was quickly done through the gals at the front desk.
I throughly enjoy the dental hygiene that I receive from Greenberg Dental.

Dr. Foreman explained my situation clearly and carefully listened to my concerns. This nervous patient is looking forward to my next visit.

The hygienists make me feel very comfortable whenever I come in for a cleaning and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. I would recommend Greengberg Dental to anyone.

Let me tell you something about this place! There all very sweet and caring from the ladies that are there receptionist to the dentist and the orthodontist. Dr. Freeman and Dr. Tolson are the far most best dentists I have ever seen. There very understanding and professional about there jobs! I would recommend this place anytime. From being away from a dentist being terrified of past dentists let me tell you this place will make you feel so comfortable and they have the patience. They explain what needs to be done and cost before they do anything Terrific environment

Be aware! The orthodontist and her staff will use your health condition to harass you. Then play the victim card as expected from a typical harasser. I’m a nurse assistant an this doctor is a disgrace to healthcare you should treat all patient with dignity and respect.
Just went in for my ortho visit.this place has the most bunch of crummy low Self-esteem women that work there. Went in for my appointment an the technician gave me an attitude.front desk act just as crazy. My advice when you have problems at home Greenberg dental patient is not your source of outlet very unprofessional will be making a complaint.

Well I'm soooo glad i read the review's on this port orange office i have unsuccessfully have been trying to call and get a automated service and NEVER a call back which told me enough. (unprofessional) and looked at these reviews which tells me this is a good thing lol.so even without seeing this dentist and staff I'm glad of no return calls in over a week!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, staff and dr Paiva were all very kind and helpful. I was a walk in and these reviews kind of scared me. Maybe some of you were the rude ones and the attitude was warranted. 5 stars, I’ll definitely come back

The dental assistant named Anna was so awesome with my kid it was his first time he ever been to the dentist and Anna was so professional but sweet and interactive kept him calm and interactive at the same time I thought it would be a disaster but it turned out being awesome

Ortho was pretty good. For dental, I have frequently waited here for over an hour, an up to 2 hours, followed by more waiting time before the hygienist and dentist can see you after you are in a room. We have found we have to make 2 trips every time we come for dental care, they take extra x-rays not covered by insurance, and we were charged an "appointment observation fee" my insurance didn't cover. Sometimes the cleanings are good and sometimes they aren't. They also may charge your insurance for both of the cleanings covered in a year, when you only have one done.

Worst experience with a dentist ever! My poor little girl was in pain that she didn’t need to go through it’s a huge disappointment that Dr. Perez continued with her procedure when my daughter kept saying it hurt and was crying. Also to add was very rude to my wife. I would never suggest a dentist like this please be aware.) :

Sometimes you have to wait a little while. That happens anywhere you go. They do their best to get you in quickly. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. We have come many times before, but Anna really made this last appointment enjoyable. My son is afraid of the dentist, but she was kind, gentle and patient with him. He was laughing during his visit and sitting still! Thanks Anna!

I came in an did a free consult, came back a second time thinking I would get work started but all they did was a consult again and charged me $60 this time, then they made me wait in the waiting room to get my teeth cleaned an ANN calls me back to her office to do my cleaning then tells me to go back an wait because there's 1 in front of me? She was very unpleasant might I add, I couldnt wait since I had already been there 2 hours and 45 minutes so the scheduled me to come back a month later

One star is too high to assign to this office. Incompetence and poor customer service is combined with incredibly high fees for standard procedures. Lydia the receptionist is a prime example of what NOT to do as a customer service "professional". Seek elsewhere for a quality dental experience.

Dr. Nguyen was nice. He take his time and was so gentle. He fixed the mess of my previous dentist. Staffs were all nice here and treat we well. The only bad thing is the wait. They also do not have a hygienist for 2 months already. However, fee is cheapest around.

The dentist is rude and not sure where he got his degree. He told me that medications do not cause decay and issues with teeth. Too expensive and not enough experience.

Clinic is ok. 5 stars since doc was nice to me. It is too crowded here though. I would schedule next time rather than waiting for hours.

Literally EVERY TIME I call to make an appointment the phone just rings and rings and rings. IF somebody does pick up, they just stick you on hold forever or you get transferred to another office in a different city. Was trying to make new patient appointments for my entire family and myself. Needless to say, you guys just lost the business of 5 individuals.

Fantastic clinic and staff! I came in to have my teeth checked and was brilliantly taken care of every step of the way. I am so glad that I came here! Dr Nguyen and his assistant Sherry were so nice and did everything they could to make my experience enjoyable. Receptionists were very friendly as well. I'm wondering why I had previously been so anxious. Dr Nguyen genuinely cared and his chair-side manner was extremely professional. I would tell anyone to visit this clinic:)

I had an awesome dental appointment with Dr. Nguyen. He is so gentle and take his time and makes sure everything is right. Definitely going back I hope he’s still there if I need him.
