29My husband saw Dr. Nguyen 2 days ago, for a new crown. The doctor was excellent, very skilled, professional, helpful, kind and gentle. Isn't that everything you want in a dentist? He highly recommended him to me, and to everyone - especially those who are afraid of the dentist. We will set all our appointments with him, now.
Went here on a friend's referral. Walk in 1st, then appointment about a week later to get broken tooth fixed and crowned. Staff from front to back were friendly and courteous. They did a great job, priced reasonable with their discount program. My temp Crown fits and looks great. Can't wait to get the permanent one done.
Took me in as a walk in and fixed my tooth that day even though they were busy. Very friendly staff. Didn't try to sell me on work I dodm't need.
Went there four times to get my crown on and they still didn’t get it on. I have to go a fifth time now

The dentist was nice and had great bedside manners he was gentle with our son who is scared of dentist. They also loved the power cleaning! However the office staff needs help in organization skills.
Office staff was very kind and dental technician was SUPER. (I believe her name was Maureen) She took time to explain everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I found the doctor too rushed and didn't seem to want to take time with me. This is disconcerting to an older person as myself who needs a little time to process information.
Waited just 20 mins without an appointment. In and out in less than an hour. Have to go back to get a tooth pulled: (
Pediatric doctor for this dentist Office is very heartless.
Even with her "25" years of experience, she can not decipher the difference between a child of 6 years, in pain or faking even as the child is tearing up and yelling as she is puncturing the gums with a syringe. In her 25 years of experience she has decided that the child is just trying to make her job more challenging. She needs to be re-evaluated on human empathy. I will never return to this office again.
