Horrible guest experience. They don’t care at all about professionalism or timeliness. I am very upset.

Quality business would start by answer the phone! I’ve been calling to schedule an appointment for three days straight all times of the day never get anyone to answer the phone… I don’t understand.

Will give 1 star because I didn't have the option to give 0. We had a very bad experience with this clinic. I took my child due to tooth pain, they scheduled a follow up for a tooth extraction and my kid got traumatized because they don't know how to talk to a child, the doctor was rushing because he had more patients to see and when my child was ready he just left and handed me a list of other places where neither one accepts the insurance.
This is a factory place where they just want quantity and not quality.
Very awful experience.would not recommend this place for pediatric patients, they don't have the patience and care to handle kids.

Been visiting this office for about 2 years now. They always get the job done well and haven't had any problems. The only thing that I don't like, like many other reviews, is that they rarely pick up the phone. I have found that is quicker to go to their website, provide your information so they can call you back to schedule the appointment. Not a great option if you need inmediate assistance, but not that bad for cleaning appointments.

Don't waste your time! Waited an hour and a half after scheduled appointment to be seen. I brought current x-rays -bitewing and pano- as asked, but they required additional x-rays. Dentist looked only at pictures not at teeth. I then waited yet again for the "cleaning. " After only couple minutes spent scraping teeth (hurting gums in the process) and a quick rinse, it was done. No professional polishing or flossing was performed. Teeth felt unclean and better before the treatment. What a scam this place is! Terrible!

Called the emergency number on Friday and have called back several times since. Still have not heard back from anyone. This is the worst service ever.

If i could’ve rated them 0 stars i would’ve.still sitting here waiting after getting here at 8: 30 this morning its now 1: 00 for an EMERGENCY.

They do NOT answer phone or listen to voicemail. When you wait in office the phone never rings. The ringer is turned off. As I waited over an hour to be seen and not one lady answered a phone. An old man just wanted to cancel his appointment had to drive and walk in calling over 20 times. I tested the theory by calling about 15 times my next visit while I was sitting in the waiting room. Not one head turn towards a non existent ringing phone. I know this is Florida and we are just a number to them. I know they do not care if they lose patients when they have plenty to pick from this state. It is always busy and they will not worry about the non existent customer service. We are just money to them. Never been to a more unprofessional office.

Went there with my daughter I understand that we have COVID 19 going on right but they have to understand these are little kids and some don’t like going back to the room with out there parents and that what was going on my daughter so when I told them she will not go back there by herself they argue with me for about ten minutes then told me to come on and then was mumbling under her breath the whole time taking us to the room as well it was just a very back experience this time and usually it’s not. I can’t believe how very disrespectful they were today

I wish I could give it a zero.customer service is really bad the workers are lazy and slow and to add on to that they are impatient and super disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now been disappointed every time.you guys need to do better

This is how confirming an appointment works at Greenberg- 1) Call to confirm appointment, but no one answers the phone.continue to leave voicemail. 2) Next day get voicemail returned by call center who does not have access to appointment calendar. Instructed to call number in Step #1 3) Call office and again no answer 4) Leave 1 star review.

Professional, courteous, friendly staff. Wonderful dentist. Our whole family goes here. Only complaint is they regularly seem to be running late.

Not the place to go for emergencies. Having said that I had no problem with my scheduled appointment and I find the people to be fine. Treat people how you would like to be treated and you shouldn’t have a problem with office workers. As far as dental assistant and Dr. D they are great!
Dr. D is as good a guy as he is a dentist! Charlene is great and also had a good experience with Rene!

They do not agnolige you when your standing waiting to ask a question by the counter. Waiting time is terrible! Even when you have an apt.

Would never come here for an emergency appointment. I called to schedule an appointment seeing that I was having some pain. I was told to be there at 2: 00. Arrived at 1: 40 and still it called back at 3: 34. I was told since it was an emergency I would have to wait longer. But I called to make the appointment so it would be a walk in. The receptionist then tells me it’s only one dr. Then why are y’all scedhuling emergencies or walk ins? Time wasted.

It's a large well kept space. The front office staff are not personable and very perfunctory. The dentists and hygienists are awesome however. They explained, listened and gave me realistic options.

I don't recommend this place the rude lady Debbie becareful with her not nice at all. Will make u feel very uncomfortable.

This is not the closet Dentist to me but the staff and Dr. D are wonderful. Caring, efficient, gentle and go the extra mile to help. They have been VERY good to my mom and I. Thank you

I had a great experience at Greenberg Dental, I missed my first appointment and rescheduled it with their deligences they were able to my cleaning and Annuel check up.
