I cracked a tooth and showed up without an appointment. They took care of me in no time. The doctor and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the emergency care as well as the treatment proposal.

My husband is in a wheelchair they saw hehad a toothache they were great he had to have five teeth pulled we came in as emergency had to wait 1hr 30min but it was worth it he liked his dentist we planned to keep him

I personally never had a bad experience with them. They do have high prices for services but will work with you to help pay for service.

Customer service is horrible. Don't try to call. They will ask if you can hold and before you can answer, put you on hold for 15 minutes.

Waited 3 hour checked in the front as I walk in the door did not know I had to check in someplace else if I need to be seen by the orthodontist. Went and check in the correct place sit for 20min check back with the receptionist to check the wait time she told me check with the receptionist on the other side checked they oh she have been kicked out the system. I THE receptionist had did her check list how she was suppose to when I check in all of this would have been avoid. So a day loss of work for me and a day loss of school for my daughter plus late to pick up daughter from school because of this. Ask to speak to a manager standing in front the manager for 3 minute and still no help had to just walk out the office. Would not suggest for anyone to go there.

Lack of communication. I waited 5 hours b4 I was told that my tooth could not be extracted. If I would of known. I would of left early in the morning.

Well I can say I've had a wonderfull experience it is a busy office but everyone is friendly and I love my Female Dentist, Dr. Stacey Chan, and all the Dental Asst.

This is by far the worst dental clinic I've ever had. They make you wait over 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time even if you're 15 minutes early! They are rude too. This place sucks.

Rude rude rude staff on the phone. I was optimistic to call this morning. But these ratings are accurate.

My first few experiences at this location were fine, but today I show up for my appointment at 11 am and they don't have my information on file and have to re-run my insurance. Why? They have no answer for this and look confused. Either they throw your information out after so much time (last visit was at their Maitland location) or they're really unorganized. I think this will be my last visit. Here's to an hour wasted waiting because they lost my information.

Worst customer service I've seen yet scheduled an appointment months ago and then they call and reschedule me but miss they're call and lost my appointment. They rescheduled me a month later. Not getting my business again!

Pointless to make an appointment which i made more then a month ago. When it is time for the appointment, they simply said they do not have it and have to reschedule it.that mean i have to wait another month out. This is a bunch of incompetent.

Seems like they don't do business no more. Never return a call. Unbelievable! Thought I was the only one

Do not waste your time. This office is a big joke. They are very disrespectful to patients. You will wait an hour even if you have appointment.

Decided to give this place a chance but the dentist on duty yesterday was a joke! So rude to my mom, didn't even finish the consultation she just walked away cause I called her out on her rudeness, didn't even came back to the room! The young blonde dentist is so rude, very unprofessional! PLEASE dont go to this place, this place is a joke! I'm surprised they
are even open, the staff is very rude as well!

Nobody pickup the phone for trying 1 hour, never receives confirmation phone calls for the appointment, since 2007 we joined with them, we had couple missed appointments because of that. Just made a phone call today to change the provider to somebody else

I've tried calling this place a thousand times even before today & not ONLY did they pick up and hang up the phone, they stopped answering period! This is terrible customer service and needs to be closed down! I'm in total shock by an organizations behavior.
